Gaian Name: ProphecyDestroyer Character's Name: Sebastian Arkain Code Name: Physik Gender: Male Age: 19 Affiliation: Xavier’s School Position/Rank: X-Men/Chemistry + Physics Teacher
Powers: Photographic Reflex, Regenerative Healing Factor basic attack explanation: He will generally fight using multiple styles of martial arts and swordplay. He uses katanas, knives, and other gadgets to give him the upper hand. Strengths:Photographic Reflex: Sebastian is able to duplicate almost any physical act he sees after seeing it done by someone else only once. Due to these reflexes, he can do things which border on superpowers. For instance, he has discovered that after watching martial arts movies on fast-forward he is able to briefly duplicate the moves at a greatly increased velocity, effectively giving him a limited form of super-speed. He can also copy the subtle muscle movements of others so precisely that he can at times do things such as copying someone’s voice so precisely as to fool voice recognition software. He can also do things such as figuring out the sleight of hand techniques of a master poker cheater simply by watching them. He can even duplicate the nearly superhuman abilities with thrown projectiles, or approximate the agility of someone, at least up to a point that doesn't require superhuman effort. He is also capable of using this ability to master complex gymnastics routines and play difficult pieces of music. However, he typically prefers to use this ability to copy the combat skills, both armed and unarmed, of expert martial artists from around the world, typically seen through watching videos of them in combat situations. He has often shown the ability to actually predict an opponent’s next move before they make it if he has studied their fighting style enough. Opponents who are skilled at improvisational fighting styles, or who have a more random unpredictable style are less likely to have their moves predicted. Regenerative Healing Factor: Sebastian possesses a superhuman healing factor, derived from a chemical he calls the “Lazarus Drug” that allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed bodily tissue with far greater speed and efficiency than an ordinary human. He is able to heal from injuries such as slashes, puncture wounds, bullet wounds, and severe burns within moments. His healing factor is significantly powerful as he can regrow missing limbs and organs. His head or any other limb can be reattached using this ability, but has to be placed in the proper place. Sebastian's body is highly resistant to most drugs and toxins. For example, it is extremely difficult, though not impossible, for him to become intoxicated. He can, however, be affected by certain drugs, such as tranquilizers, if he is exposed to a large enough dosage. Since it is the Lazarus Drug that gives him this, he is not immune to it. The unique regenerative qualities of Sebastian’s healing factor also extend to his immune system, rendering him immune to the effects of all known diseases and infections. Sebastian's healing factor provides him with an extended lifespan by slowing the effects of the aging process to an unknown degree. The healing factor causes his brain cells to be in a constant state of flux and regeneration, rendering him immune to psychic abilities. Weaknesses: He is dependent on the Lazarus Drug, needing to take some every month in order to keep his Regenerative Healing. Should he fail to take it, his body would rapidly age. He is not capable of duplicating a physical feat if the effort to do so requires superhuman effort. For instance, while he could view an opponent lifting a car, he could not do so because his body can't duplicate the superhuman strength required to do so. He also cannot duplicate any energy manipulating or projecting capabilities for the same reasons. His abilities are also limited in that they do not grant him an innate understanding of underlying disciplines. For example, as a child, he nearly drowned after imitating a dive because while he was able to mimic the dive, he did not know how to swim, and because of this, he has a fear of drowning.
Character's soundtrack: Warrior - Disturbed Personality: Sebastian has a rather solitary and matter-of-fact attitude. His calm and detached demeanor has been called “cool and hip” by his grandfather. Despite his increasingly growing reputation and scientist and fighter, he has shown no signs of arrogance, and is rather modest about his abilities, as shown when he readily praises others for leaps in their combat abilities and stating on more than one occasion that his students have surpassed him in power. His naturally calm attitude is used to his advantage in battle, as it becomes easier for him to maintain his composure and stay focused on the situation at hand, and notice everything around him. As a result, he can quickly adjust to any situation to make keen and thought-out decisions, allowing him to stay steps ahead of his opponents. Despite his calm demeanor, Sebastian does have an emotional side, as he noted that it took a lot to get him worked up, but when he did, he would go on a merciless rampage against the enemy. Likes: Cartography, calligraphy, art, music, science, detective novels. Dislikes: Romance novels and prejudice. History: Sebastian was born in San Fransico, California to his two loving parents. However, due to disease, his parents died while he was young, so his single grandfather took him to live with himself in Boston. His rich grandfather, Sebastian Michaelis, owned a large mansion there. While his grandfather was rich, Sebastian had never been greedy, preferring to make something of himself instead of ride off of his grandfather. They lived an excellent life together. His grandfather treated him like a son and a student. Then one day, as they were walking through Boston, a group of thugs attacked a 9-year-old Sebastian and his grandfather. Cornered and scared, Sebastian watched his grandfather stand tall and proud, ready to fight the thugs. Emboldened by his grandfather, Sebastian stood up and attacked the thugs. Strangely, Sebastian took down all the thugs quickly and seemingly effortlessly. Amazed, his grandfather asked him how he learned the martial arts he had used. When Sebastian replied he had been watching tv shows, his grandfather laughed and took him home on his shoulders. Throughout the next year, his grandfather taught him to harness his unique abilities, as well as honor and pride. From this, he has learned many of the customs of Bushido. It wasn’t until he was 16 did they discover he was in fact homo-superior. Scared for his grandson, Sebastian’s grandfather sent him to Xavier’s School, where he quickly rose above the class and joined the X-men. It was during his time on the X-Men team, that he developed the Lazarus Drug, which, if taken once a month, gave him a Regenerative Healing Factor. Character Snippet: Currently the Physics teacher at Xavier’s School, Sebastian is one of the smartest men in the world. He is currently working on a device to jam mutant detectors, given his adversity to prejudice.
Gaian Name: ProphecyDestroyer Character's Name: Luke/Dark Jordan Code Name: Calamity Gender: Male Age: 15 Affiliation: Genosha Position/Rank: Newest Brotherhood Member
Powers: Magnetic Control Basic attack explanation: As of now: Luke may fight hand-to-hand or with a blade with aptitude. He may also fire off small metallic objects like bullets but with less force. Dark may do the same, but has better control of the magnetic abilities. Strengths: Physically, Luke is in top shape. He’s strong, agile, and fast. He’s an expert free-runner, generally preferring to free-run everywhere he goes. He generally carries a ninjata with him, which is a smaller form of katana, perfect for his small body. Luke is aware of his powers, yet has very little control over them. He doesn’t feel it as his own power, but something Dark lets him use. His greatest accomplishment yet is flinging a tack at a wall without touching it. Dark, on the other hand, is incredibly adept at using the magnetic abilities to an almost abuse of them. He can manipulate the magnetic properties down to particles, crafting weapons into his hand from any nearby substance. He can also cause massive surges of magnetic energy to occur in an instant, causing any incoming projectiles to stop completely or be pushed back. While both are at different levels of skill, neither Luke nor Dark has reached their full potential. With more and more experience, their abilities will constantly be evolving to something matching Magneto one day, but that day is far off. Weaknesses: Luke suffers from Multiple Personality Disorder. This means that he holds another entity apart from himself inside his own body. This entity is known as Dark. Dark and Luke are fairly different and many times will fight for control of Luke’s body. This causes Luke paranoia and black-out moments. During times of great stress on one entity, the other grows stronger by comparison and they switch control. When Luke and Dark switch places, their pupils change from normal as Luke to slits as Dark.
Character's soundtrack: One-Winged Angel – Final Fantasy Personality: Luke is naturally kind. However, due to an upbringing of the world against him, he has grown spiteful, resentful, and sad. This depression is only fuelled by the separate entity inside of him, Dark. Dark is naturally malicious. Dark enjoys fighting to an almost disturbing extent. To Dark, every human on the earth is his toy to play with and break for fun. While Luke is generally shy (but talkative to “friends”), Dark tends to let his actions speak for himself, taunting and pushing others around with his words. Luke and Dark both hold themselves high, yet Luke is willing to acknowledge someone else’s power. Likes: Luke enjoys silent walks at night, snow, and the stars. Dark enjoys torturing and killing living things, especially small animals. Dislikes: Luke dislikes Dark, Dark dislikes Luke. To a fault. History: Luke was an orphan all his life, not really interacting with the world inside the Orphanage he grew up in. It was probably the only place he was really happy. It was when he was 7 that it all went downhill. The anti-mutant movement happened. Government people came and tested all the orphans for the X-gene. When they found it in Luke, the madam took him away and left him out in the cold. It was after the first night, when a dog had taken the only food he had and he had been forced to sleep in an alleyway in the cold, that Dark awoke. Dark resulted to protect Luke from the evils of the world around them, and for a while, they got along great. They actually survived and thrived, becoming expert thieves. They would steal to survive, easily evading cops and police by free-running. But soon the relationship turned sour. Dark gained a taste for killing, and Luke didn’t like it. When Luke watched himself as Dark kill someone, he travelled to Genosha, hoping to start a new life. And that is where his story begins. It should be noted that he idols Magneto and strives to one day be as strong as him. Character Snippet: Luke walked off the ramp of the large metal boat onto the dock. So this was Genosha. The dock before him was filled with people, and everyone was different: different nationalities, different tattoos, even different appendages. One guy had long blue tail! Another girl had cat ears. One guy was blinking in and out of existence here and there. Luke shrugged his shoulders. He wore his black trench coat and carried a stick over his shoulder. Tied to the other end of the stick was a t-shirt filled with his supplies: food, camping gear, etc. Not much, but enough to live on for a short while. He began walking down the street, his white hair swaying slightly in the breeze. A man walked up to him. He wore a brown suit and tie, was very large and was smoking a fat cigar. He wore a brown fedora on his head of greasy brown short hair. Luke didn’t like the looks of him. ”Hey kid, you new to Genosha?” the man asked with a very thick Brooklyn accent. ”Well you’re in luck. I got a house and a job for you if you want!” ”No…” starting Luke coughing slightly. ”I think I’ll pass.” ”Suit yourself, kid.” said the man and he walked off. Luke continued exploring for the remainder of the day. As the sun began to set, he walked down an alleyway, looking for a good place to lie down. He turned around halfway through, and noticed three very tall men coming down the street. They were carrying blunt objects. ”Hey, kid!” said one of them. The man from earlier came out from behind the one in the middle. ”Still gonna refuse my offer? Cuz there’s no room for little brats here on Bottle Street.” Luke frowned. ”No. I will not work for you.” Luke backed up, but he turned around and a fourth man was behind him. ”Just leave me alone!” ”No can do, kid. We need to make an example out of you. We’re in charge on Bottle Street, so any brats like you who think you can do anything here without our consent need to be taught a lesson. Teach him, boys.” ”JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!” yelled Dark. The men crumpled in pain as a dust came pouring out of their bodies, and they all dropped to the ground. Dark grinned wickedly. He flung his head over and noticed a man standing in the alleyway. ”You want some too?” he asked. ”That is an interesting power, kid. The name’s Warp.” ”I’ve heard of you. You’re the Brotherhood guy. The rock idol of Genosha.” ”The one and only. I think you’d be perfect for our team. Come on by.” and just like that, Warp was gone. Luke looked around at the mess. ”Damnit, Dark. That’s five more dead because of you. Let’s get out of here.”

Code Name: Erid/Eris Gender: Female Age: 19 Affiliation: Genosha Erid's position: Teacher Eris's position: Bartender and teacher Powers: Emotional manipulation based on skin contact Further explanation: Any who come into contact with the skin of either girl has an uncontrollable hatred towards her. This lasts for approximately two hours. History: Eris and Erid are identical twins with a power that only endangers their own safety and health. Their parents handed them over to the MRD presumably for the girl's own protection. In the end, the MRD, taking advantage of identical twins with identical powers used the two girls for experiments and studying till they were released three years ago by the Brotherhood. Erid chose to block a great many of their memories, Eris did not.
Gaian Name: AzureEyes_DarkMagician Character's Name: Maxwell Flamel Code Name: Sorcerer Gender: Male Age: 16 Affiliation: Brotherhood Position/Rank: Member
Powers: Magic Basic attack explanation: He is an Expert in hand-to-hand street brawling, generally favoring quick jabs and dodges, mostly preferring to retreat. He has some skill in knife use. Strengths: His Magic is a type of Reality Manipulation in which his will power shifts the matter and energy around him. As he grew older and learned more about the magic in books and shows, his mind subconsciously made laws that would limit his powers. He may not use any form of Time magic, and magic spells must have been made somewhere else. He may not use a spell that directly kills someone; however a spell that creates fire may kill someone. The majority of spells must have some form of incantation, though weaker spells may be used without any words. His Magic is split into different “Schools”, each based around a type of magic. -Destruction is the use of the elements and is generally offensive, but has some defensive capabilities. -Alteration involves changing the fundamentals of physics and biology. It can harden skin to armor-like properties, open locks without keys, or burden enemies with invisible weight. It is different from Illusion as it alters nature, making a reality recognized by everyone, not just the caster and target. Teleportation and flight falls into this category. -Illusion is used to alter a target’s perception of reality, seeing friends as enemies, causing massive rage or hallucinations, or not seeing something that is there. Illusions may feel real, but pain caused by them is never real unless used by an immensely powerful caster. -Conjuration is a useful tool, as it involves the summoning of creatures from different worlds and crafting weapons from energy. Conjuration connects the caster's mind with that of the summoned thing. It is a tenuous link, meant only to lure, hold, and dismiss; but in the hands of a Master, it can be much stronger. TAB Necromancy, a sub-specialization of Conjuration, focuses exclusively on reanimating the corpses of the dead humans and animals. This practice is considered unethical. -Restoration is dedicated to healing injuries, curing illnesses and poisons, the fortification of attributes, shielding and preventing damage, and may also influence the undead to flee. -Mysticism is a powerful and difficult school of magic, and as such takes a lot more energy to use. Involved in Mysticism can tell what is around a corner and can unravel the mysteries of the universe if properly applied. It may also be used to read minds or protect from telepathy. Weaknesses: He is physically weak, wanting to stay at a distance and use his Magic to win a battle. Fighting in close quarters generally leads to his downfall. He has a limit to how much Magic he can do, as it feeds off his own energy. Low-level spells are quick and cost little energy, while stronger spells take time and a lot of energy. The mental laws his mind created that inhibit his powers can never be broken unless his power is dramatically increased, or in life-threatening situations where he is but seconds away form death. He has to feel the fear and determination to overcome it.
Character's soundtrack: Hail To The King – by Avenged Sevenfold Personality: Max is, in essence, a teenager. His punk/rock lifestyle gives him a somewhat surly attitude towards the public, but towards friends he is kind and humorous. He has no love for humans, but doesn’t necessarily want them dead. Likes: All kinds of food, reading and video games. Dislikes: Society in general. History: Raised in a rich and respectable family, they didn’t particularly approve when he began listening to rock and metal bands, and they certainly didn’t approve when he got earrings. Other than that, his life up till the age of 13 was good. He went to a good private school in Florida, and he enjoyed reading and video games, which he came by easily due to his parents’ large amounts of money. He took a great interest in magic and its principles, often visiting nearby “magic” shops for any information. He would proclaim himself a “Wiccan”, when he really had no idea what that entailed. At the age of 13, he first used a Magic Spell, making a vase in his living room explode when he got angry. His father, enraged, threw him out. He traveled the city, sleeping at friend’s houses and making his way for three years, building his powers and meeting other extraordinary Magic users. Eventually, he came to Boston, Massachusetts, where he stumbled upon a mutant rally. The mutants there identified them as a fellow mutant and talked with him. He learned there was only one place to go. Genosha. He took the first boat ride he could.
Gaian Name: AzureEyes_DarkMagician Character's Name: Alazne Carter Code Name: Fenrir Gender: Male Age: 21 Affiliation: MRD (Against His Will) Position/Rank: Agent
Powers: Terrestrial Metamorph, Animal Mimicry, Animal Empathy, Guardian Beast Basic attack explanation: Expert in hand-to-hand combat. Usually prefers to change form, then attack. Strengths: Terrestrial Metamorphism allows him the ability to morph into any animal he knows of. He can change into extinct animals and even animals from different planets. When he changes, it only takes a couple of seconds. It doesn't matter how big or small. It does not put strain on him to do this. He can stay in an animal's form indefinitely. He has changed into multiple animals such as a swarm of fireflies and a group of barnacles. The only problem is no matter what form he takes the animal's skin and hair color will always be the black of his hair. He has demonstrated the ability to transform into animals many times larger than their actual forms: among others, he's been seen transforming into a human-sized tarantula and a giant snake. He has also been seen transforming into mythical animals such as a phoenix and a dragon. Much like his sister, Felicia, possesses a guardian form. This allows him to transform into a man-wolf hybrid. This guardian is named Lycaon, and works with Alazne when in animal form, heightening his senses higher than that of the normal for that animal. His Animal Mimicry allows him to mimic the abilities of any animal he knows of while he's in their form. The ability gives him intuitive understanding of the animals and what abilities they have that may be useful in the situation. His Animal Empathy gives him in-depth understandings of what animals around him are feeling, being able to communicate with them via primal emotion alone. This allows him to have complex conversation with animals to understand if they have seen or heard things. Weaknesses: When in Lycaon Form, he is highly susceptible to silver, as he is deathly allergic to it.
Character's soundtrack: Waking the Demon by Bullet For My Valentine Personality: Alazne is much more bestial in nature than man, as with so many years of MRD experimentation, he has reverted to more of a primal instinct. When he speaks, he speaks softly, and generally keeps control of his emotions fairly easily. He’s very vicious in combat, but he tries his best to be nonlethal. Likes: Red meat, animals. Dislikes: People, vegetables. History: Born to Maria and Felix Carter, and named "miracle", his family had never been financially stable. But they were a family, and they were happy. When Maria was pregnant with Alazne’s little sister (when Alazne was five), they moved to a small cabin in the woods. It was however, around this time, that Alazne had morphed himself into a wolf cub and began running around the woods. Felix found Alazne in the woods later that night, cold and tired. He brought him home and Alazne began to learn to control his transformations. He couldn’t do much other than turning into the wolf cub. When his little sister, Felicia, was born, Alazne loved her tail and ears. He felt he wasn’t strange anymore. His sister was perfect. He played with her when she came home, occasionally shifting to his wolf cub form and nipping at her tail. She laughed and played back, biting his ear. It was a good time. But it didn’t last long. When Felicia was 2 years old, and Alazne was 7, Alazne went out in the woods alone to play. Strange men in black suits came and took him away, never to see his family again. For the next 14 years they performed experiments on him. They built him into a beast. A tool they could use. They were the MRD. They used him to hunt down and capture or kill other mutants. He grew not to care. His emotions were slowly slipping away, as were his memories. Character Snippet: A man wearing a black suit walked into Fenrir’s room. Of course, it could hardly be considered a room. It was circular, with a 10 foot ceiling. In the center of the room, chained in an X-shape to two vertical posts, was Alazne. He wore only a black pair of pants and his long matted hair covered his face. The man held a long cattle prod in his hands. ”Hey, beast! Wakey-wakey!” He smacked the prod against Fenrir’s stomach. Fenrir’s eyes opened. Piercing red eyes looked through the locks of his hair. His mouth snapped at the man, his teeth elongated and sharp. ”C’mon, Fenrir. You got work to do.” The man put a shoe in front of Fenrir’s nose. Fenrir growled deeply and sniffed the shoe. He barked loudly. ”Good doggy. Now, fetch!”
Several hours later, in an abandoned warehouse somewhere in Nevada, a group of teenagers had made a fire and were hanging out. Except, they weren’t teenagers, they were mutants. And they weren’t hanging out. They were hiding. One of them was swinging from the rafters, and two more were next to the fire. One stood guard at the door. It was a dark night. Moonless. The boy on guard was incredibly nervous. ”Guys. Seriously. This is freaking me out. You know I’m scared of the dark.” The girl in the rafters snickered. ”Alright, you big baby.” She vanished from the rafters and appeared in front of the boy. ”I’ll guard. Go sit by the fire.”
Outside the warehouse, something large and hairy was sniffing out the trail. A massive wolf padded forward. Except, it wasn’t a wolf completely; it was somewhat humanoid. The wolfman edged forward towards the warehouse. It could smell its prey inside. The girl at the door was laughing about something, looking back the fire. She was the first to die. The wolfman reached out grabbed her head with his massive clawed hand. It ripped her out of the doorway and slammed her on the ground. It slammed it’s other paw on the girls throat and brought it’s vicious maw to her face. After a quick bite, the wolfman leaped inside the warehouse. One boy ran directly at it, yelling. He was the second to die. The wolfman dodged around the boy’s first swing. It slashed upward with a mighty claw and tore the boy’s arm to shreds. The boy yelled with anger and slammed his other fist into the walfman. The wolfman went flying. The boy’s swing had sent to wolfman several meters before the wolfman caught himself, ripping a long gash in the floor. The wolfman bounded at the boy with impossible speed, tearing out his throat with his claws. A girl ran from him, throwing things at him from behind her. The items were large and sharp. They pierced the wolfman in the chest as he rushed towards her. The girl spun around and screamed. Several metallic objects rushed at him. The smacked him around about, until the wolfman vanished. In its place was a massive lion. The lion rushed forward and slammed on the girl, crushing her under his girth. The lion turned to the last boy. The last boy stared at the lion, a look of pure terror on his face. The lion padded slowly towards the final boy. The boy was too frightened to move. The lion picked the boy up with his mouth and ran off.
A matter of hours later, the lion was now outside a large bunker. Several guards went to meet it. It placed the boy down and morphed. In its place was Fenrir. The boy was taken by guards and Fenrir was taken back to his room. The man in the suit was there. ”How’s it feel to betray your own kind, mutt?” ”They are not…” said Fenrir in a deep and slow voice. ”…My people.”
Character Image: http://omupied.deviantart.com/art/Natas-274700062 Gaian Name: AzureEyes_DarkMagician Character's Name: David Benedict Code Name: Hypnos Gender: Male Age: 21 Affiliation: MRD Position/Rank: Agent
Powers: Telepathy, Telekinesis, Precognitive Dreams, Dream-Self Projection, Chronoskimming, Astral Plane Tap Basic attack explanation: A master of 7 different martial arts, he will generally attempt to disarm his opponent, and then subdue them so he can use his powers on them. Strengths: Telepathy: Able to read minds and project his own thoughts into the minds of others within a radius of 300 miles. With extreme effort he can greatly extend that radius.
◾Telepathic Illusion: Able to create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring. This is his favored form of use of his powers, as he enjoys it. ◾Telepathic Cloak: David can mask his presence from being detected by others. His abilities can at times go undetected or be counteracted by other more powerful telepaths depending on their level of skill in using their own psi abilities. He can extend these defenses to others around him as well. ◾Psi Link: Able to develop a mental link with any person, which remains as a connection to that individual. ◾Telepathic Camouflage: Able to mask himself, and other peoples' presence from those around him. Can telepathically disguise himself, making his appearance to those around him quite different (changing the appearance of clothing, as well as more involved disguising). ◾Mind Blast: Able to place large amounts of information in another's mind. ◾Mind Control: Able to control the minds of others upon mere concentration. This power can allow him to completely shut down several people's minds, making it appear as if time has stopped. These affects only work on humans, however. ◾Mind Possession: Able to possess the mind of a human, and use that being's body as his own. ◾Mind Alteration: Able to alter the minds of others by force of will. Capable of wiping away memories, recreating them, and other such feats. ◾Mental Amnesia: Able to cause loss of particular memories and amnesia in another person or group of people. ◾Psionic Shield: Able to erect a psychic shield for protection of himself and of other minds. ◾Mental Detection: Can sense the presence of another superhuman mutant within a small radius of himself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being. ◾Absorb Information: Able to quickly process and store information, by mental transference. ◾Mind Trap: Ability to take another person's mind from their body and effectively trapping that mind within his own. ◾Cloak Mind: The ability to rearrange the mental engrams of mutants so their distinctive mutant thought patterns cannot be detected by Cerebro-type devises or by other telepaths. ◾Dark Psyche: The ability to release the dark side of a person's personality, either making them seem tougher or evil in many ways. ◾Dilate Power: The ability to place “psychic inhibitors” in the minds of mutant adversaries to prevent them from using their powers. ◾Upload Information: The ability to place large amounts of information in another's mind. ◾Heal Trauma: The ability to erase a person’s memories and to heal mental trauma through “psychic surgery,” the power to stimulate or deaden the pain and pleasure centers in a person's brain. ◾Induce Pain: The ability to induce mental pain merely, in some cases by merely touching the brow of the victim. ◾Intuitive Multilingual: The ability to intuitively translate new languages. ◾Mass Manipulation: The ability to subtly use deep influence upon multiple people, allowing a him to manipulate their perceptions, better judgment, wills and common sense. ◾Possession: The ability to possess the mind of another, and use that being's body, and any powers it may possess, as one's own. ◾Telepathic Tracking: Enhanced psionic senses enable him to detect and track other sentient beings by their unique psionic emanations (thought patterns contained in the psionic portion of the spectrum), especially if they pose a threat to his well-being in his immediate vicinity.
Telekinesis: David possesses telekinetic abilities enabling him to manipulate matter with the energy of his thoughts. He is capable of very fine control over objects, including himself. On larger levels, David can levitate great weights, into the hundreds of tons.
◾Intuitive Aptitude: Can disassemble complex devices explosively (separating every last component, such as screws, nuts, circuit boards, etc.) and, just as quickly, easily assemble complex devices. ◾Forcefields: Able to create protective force shields that could deflect even the most powerful of attacks (even filter bacteria from the air). The upper limits of this ability remain unknown, but it is believed that he could probably protect himself from harm at the ground zero detonation of a 1 kiloton nuclear warhead (4.18 terajoules of energy from the heat, concussion and radiation effects). David has also displayed such control over the fields as to shape them precisely, even to conform very closely to his body’s form. There is no correlation between field strength and the thickness of the telekinetic fields. ◾Telekinetic Flight: By levitating himself, he can “fly” at for very long distances and at varying speeds. The highest he can go 200,000 feet with a forcefield around him, and the fastest he can go is 3000 mph, approx. Mach 4. He can carry multiple people depending on the speed and height of his flight. ◾Intangibility: The ability to phase through solid matter by mentally shifting the molecules of the body around another object's as the user moves forward.
Precognitive Dreams: David’s subconscious mind is unhinged in time, and as such, while dreaming or in a dream-like state, he can see possible futures. This cannot be done quickly, and takes time to understand. Dream-Self Projection: While dreaming or in a dream-like trance, he can make his form appear across the planet to watch and hear events occur. People may be able to see him if he chooses, and he may speak with them. Chronoskimming: By scanning a person’s genetic material in their mind, he may send himself and that person’s consciousness back in time to witness events once witnessed by themselves or an ancestor. This takes time as well. Astral Plane Tap: The Astral Plane is different dimensions, which due to David’s immense psychic ability, he can tap into. He can project his body into the plane and subsequently transport himself across vast distances. Weaknesses: David is physically weak. In melee combat, he lacks severely. Should he fail to defeat his opponent with his mind, he will ultimately lose to the opponent’s physical prowess. David has a massive superiority complex, and his arrogance may get the better of him. He just has to get his way. He believes he can do anything and everything, and that he rarely needs help.
Character's soundtrack: Fallen Angels by Black Veil Brides Personality: David is outgoing, cheerful, energetic and charismatic. He is often surprised when others find his manner rude. When angered, his temper rages. He is often seen as frightening when angry. Likes: Technology, Science, Reading, Fantasy and Sci-Fi, Origami, Riddles, Mysteries Dislikes: Sleeping, some foods, annoying children History: David was born and raised in London, England, to David and Clara Benedict. Around the age of 5, David began to read his parents’ minds, much to their embarrassment. He would join them at parties and would reveal what was on the party-goers’ minds, and as such they would be angry at him. Desperate to curb David’s abilities, the family found a telepathy expert in Cardiff named Orzov to teach him. It was not to last though. David eventually became strong enough to try his talents against his master, and learned the shocking truth of his own existence. He discovered that his X-Gene had awoken over a year ago, long after his telepathic abilities began, dipping him into the blind eternities only for a moment and unhinging his mind in time. Orzov had lied to him about what had happened, telling him his illusions had backfired and not to concern himself with it. Orzov confided in David's father about the event, and they agreed to keep the truth from him. David seethed over this news for days, holding his temper close to his heart until finally, during one of their practice sessions, David snapped. David slipped into Orzov’s mind and unleashed all of his rage and pain at once, completely destroying Orzov's mind. David fled a wanted individual everywhere within a hundred miles of his hometown. Finally, Jace erased his own memories; so that he would never have to see his teacher's face again and feel the weight of what he had done. He came to New York at only the age of 14. It was there the MRD found him, recruited him, and began to train him. He honed his abilities for 7 years, becoming stronger and stronger. Character Snippet: David sat comfortable in a red velvet chair, his left arm resting lightly on the rest, whilst in his left hand he held a glass of red wine. He sipped the wine slowly, waiting for what was to come. He wore a black suit, enlaced with red, and a red tie. He leaned back and looked ahead of him, to a wooden door. The room was completely bare, save himself and a table next to him that held a bottle of wine. He took another sip. 3... 2...He thought to himself. On queue, the door burst open. Four men wearing black SWAT uniforms ran into the room and took positions, aiming their guns at David. Then a man wearing a black trench coat and a white mask walked in. "Underage drinking is illegal." the man said. David shrugged."You Americans are so stingy with your drinks. Is it common practice to bring a SWAT team for such a crime?" "No." said the man. "But for the Mutant Response Division, it is." David took another drink and put up his hand."Yes, yes, I know of the MRD. And I also know of you, Black Reaper. You and your mask. Of course, I've taken a peak into your head. Perhaps your teammates might like to know your real name?" A spark of anger surged through the Black Reaper's mind. "Kill him." he said. At once, a barrage of bullets blasted through the room towards David. David raised his left hand. As the bullets came within a few feet of him, they each stopped in mid air."Uh, uh, uh! Why don't you lot go to sleep while I chat with your buddy."he said. David waved his hand and the bullets fell to the ground. The four guards slumped onto the ground, passed out cold. The Black Reaper's mind raced. Something about stupid telepaths. David nodded. "If I could lend a machete to your intellectual thicket, I don't want to fight you. I'd rather like to join." The Black Reaper looked at him strangely. "You can't kill me very easily, I know your name, and that makes me a liability. So you can keep me close. Make sure I never breathe a word. In fact, my abilities would serve you well in the MRD." The Reaper's Mind worked quickly. He nodded. "Fine. Let's go."

History: Crystal has lived most of her life with her father Robert 'Bobby' Drake or 'Iceman' as he was known in the x-men. When the MRD went into affect, most of the chaos happened in his home of New York. So Crystal's father returned to New York and joined with Angel. While there he reunited with his old flame Judy and had Crystal. Judy unfortunately died giving birth so its always been her and her dad. When her powers first started to surface around the age of 5, her father (ecstatic his little girl had ice powers too) trained her to use them at an early age. Soon she was with her dad on the streets, fighting those who would use their mutant powers for evil. She didn't meet the main x-men till she was 13, when her dad was captured by some of Magneto's goons in order to force him to help them freeze the president while he was in Russia on a diplomatic mission. While Angel handled the city, he sent Crystal to Xavier Mansion to get Scott Summers help. During the fiasco of trying to save her father, Crystal accidentally lost control of her powers and stirred up an enormous blizzard! After regaining control, they finished the mission and saved her father. A few weeks later, Scott and Emma came to New York to discuss Crystal coming to the institute to be Emma's apprentice since her ice powers were clearly already greater than her fathers. At first Crystal refused, didn't want to leave. But her dad convinced her it would be best if she studied under Emma and that the school was where he had learned most of his fighting skills with Scott as one of his mentors. So reluctantly she agreed. Character Snippet: Crystal's father is Bobby Drake or Iceman, a former x-men who left to protect new york. He is captured by magneto for a plot to kill the president so Crystal enlists the aid of Scott Summers to rescue him. After loosing control of her powers seeing her father being hurt by Magneto, Scott and Emma Frost recruit her to the school as Emma's personal student.
powers: Kinetic energy manipulation.Tristan can give anything she touches a boost in kinetic energy. This manifests most practically in propelling stationary objects or adding speed to already moving ones as well as taking speed away from things. basic attack explanation: Basically throwing things, until now she's never had much need to consider hand to hand combat so is unskilled in any form of close combat. strengths: Very prescise in most things she does, observant, always willing to attempt diplomacy and very persistant if given a clear goal. weaknesses: Can't take a punch due to hypersensitivity to pain. Inexperienced with her powers and combat.
Personality: Tristan considers her own emotional needs as secondary as she tends to keep her feelings inside anyone who is more visibly effected by something takes priority in her mind. While this stops her from directly getting the support she might need she can distract herself by being there for other people as an emotional support. She's quiet, slow and thoughtful in how she approaches most things, trying her best to maintain any friendships she develops by considering everything she says and learning as much about the other's tolerances and quircks
likes: Sleeping Listening to others talk Background sound Explaining nerdy things Trousers dislikes: Loud noises People who touch her skin People who act before they think Dresses Bright lights History: Born and raised in Wales, Tristan had a rather bland life because of her parent's desire to make sure she wasn't injured. Every injury was a drama, a simple fall could have little Tristan in pain for hours due to problems with her nerves over-reacting to the messages from the receptors in her skin. The problem persists and she's never been the outdoorsey type because of it.. It has undeniably changed the course of her growth, making her a much more careful person than she might have been otherwise.
It's not been terribly obtrusive in her life, she still had friends, she still had a life and an education. No, the obtrusive genetic condition started much later, a short time after she turned 17 she and her family were on holiday in Maine and things started to happen. One morning she had to try and brush her teeth 5 times as her brush kept shooting across the room. A glass lept away from her fingers as she reached out for it. It began to happen more frequantly and her parents cottened on to the truth.
As could be expected she was quickly abandoned in the nicest way possible, lots of hugging and appologies. There she was in a foriegn country with little money, a few outfits and a british passport. only one thing to do really. Hitch-hike to Xavier's before those stupid robot things show up.

Millicent "Millie" Szita/Scientific Method
Gaian Name: II Cisara II Character's Name: Millicent "Millie" Szita Code Name: Scientific Method Gender: Female Age: 23 Affiliation: MRD Position/Rank: Vice Head
Powers: Photographic memory, lightening reflexes, enhanced brain power, hawks eye. Basic attack explanation: She is a master of the Vajra Mukti style, but when fighting from afar, Millie uses her superior aiming prowess by taking down enemies with a bow and arrow. The only time she really uses her reflexes and memory related muses is when she's working in the lab, which really eggs on her superiors. Strengths: Ambidextrous, can carry things almost four times her size (depending if she is angry), puzzles, building things, brewing all sorts of poisons.
Weaknesses: OCD with trying to stay ahead of the people around her.
Character's Soundtrack:Don't Mess With Me - Temposhark Personality: Millie is a huge ball of energy, she needs to keep working on something, anything, just so she doesn't get bored. Things are quite explosive when Millie is bored. If you know her well enough, her moods are a sign of begging, wanting some sort of puzzle to solve or pieces of metal to tinker with, it brings a sense of order, and that's something rarely seen in the atmosphere that is her house. Clutter is neatness, neatness is clutter, something being thrown is much easier to find that being placed in a specific place or file, Millie's living room alone looks like a paper jungle, so her outfits may not look as neat as they should; coffee stains on her shirts, ties tied incorrectly, shirts not tucked in completely, wrinkled pants, etc.. Being both of Scottish and French origin, her languages change. When Millie is working on something extremely important or is angry, she mutters/shouts in French, but in any other time of day, she has your average Scottish accent, and hopefully for you it stays that way. Likes: Books, nonsense, laughing, experimenting, messing with people, studying, coffee, tobacco. Dislikes: Being cut off mid sentence, any food other than coffee and tobacco, her glasses going missing, not having an assistant, people using her full first name. History: Millicent "Millie" Szita was born on December 31, 1990, in Larkhall, Scotland. It was a small town, considering, and that was the way she liked it. Back when she was six, the town was close to a Lycan camp, although they've moved since that time, the tension between Scotland and the Lycans grew due to the close neighbor like quality they shared; the creatures treated the land like a playground and bathroom, Millie's mother had stepped in their soil more times than she'd like to remember (exactly 256 times in Scotland, 49 times when they moved). Her father was a drunk mechanic, he kept on raving about how "these bloody ol' dogs were raping the cattle right under our noses, and that he'd be damned if it'll ever change for the beauty of Mary's a**!" Of course, the church didn't like that, but he had moved the family to Seclin, France, before it had the chance to revoke them. By that time Millie was 13, she had written a total of 50 different books on different topics, like the workings of clocks, lycan biology, how fast two horses could move if baited by sugar and carrots, and algebra. Learning a second language was easy for her, so she did most of the communicating for her father to the locals, their mother had died of lung cancer not two moths after the move. She took over her fathers work at the age of 15, he had drank himself to death, and on Millie's birthday no less; it was rather annoying on his part. After both of their deaths and a quick graduation of the nearest high school did she begin her personal searches to satisfy her hunger for knowledge; helping people find lost items, finding out who cheated on who, solved the bridging problems and resolved the lack of proper plumbing in the town, and discovered why there was so much bugs (climate issues). Now Millie just wanders around in her house having endless monologues about different scientific theories and going out working for the American government. Character Snippet: After hiding from most of the world for few months, a mysterious letter came through the slot of her humble home; an invitation from the government? This was too good to pass up. Upon arriving, Millie denied the requests first made by the MRD, but agreed to be an information consultant when needed. For a few years it worked out, but when the Vice Head was permanently removed from active duty, the young scot was drafted from the head of the Science division to where she is now.
powers: Duplication, Mental Invulnerability, and Enhanced senses (night vision) basic attack explanation: Ironically named Cat, she's very balanced and fights in hand to hand combat almost like she's dancing. She prefers to use a weapon though, being so dainty. Either a sword or a bow. strengths: Cat explains it as stubbornness, but nothing ever seems to get inside her head. She's a very fast thinker and her size can help her out of situations. She is very fast, but not inhumanly so. weaknesses: She is very small and doesn't stand a chance in extreme physical combat if the opponent is too large. Her duplication takes strong concentration after the first couple copies. She can only make the first copy without even thinking about it.
Character's soundtrack:Human - Gabrielle Aplin Personality: Cat is usually the first to speak in any situation. She hardly ever feels awkward and will say exactly what she's thinking when she's thinking it. It's okay if you don't laugh at her jokes, because she often will. likes: Music and artwork. She likes being in the dark and in quiet, but isn't anti-social. Her favourite colour is green. dislikes: People who are full of themselves or put others down. When people aren't happy. History: Cat comes from a large, broken family. She has five younger siblings to one mother and was always the last to get anything. She never pitied herself because she would do anything for her siblings. When she was little, she'd climb trees and scare her mother to death when she jumped out, always landing crouched on the cement. When she was 12, she was in trouble for something at school and had to stay in her room the whole weekend. She'd hated sitting around so much that she wished she could sneak out with no one finding out. She felt a shift in her skin, like wind had rushed out of each one of her pores. And then she turned to the right, seeing someone in her room. She was ready to yell at her little sister and the words caught, a lump in her throat. It was her. Not her sister. Catalina. Standing in front of herself. It blinked, but nothing else. Didn't move a muscle. She began to speak and so did it. Same words, same second. But the scream she heard next came from her mother, not her or her double. Her mother got in contact with the MRD, but didn't trust it to put her into school there after what happened last time. So someone took her and trained her to use her powers. She's still very young, but is classified an agent. Character's Text Color:Tomato for text, navy for speech
Affiliation: Student at Xavier's School for the Gifted
Position/Rank: X-men
Powers:Reality Warping/Probability Field Manipulation - She has the ability to manipulate probability via her “hexes” (often manifesting physically as “hex spheres” or “hex bolts”). These hexes are relatively short range, and are limited to her line of sight. Casting a hex requires a gesture and concentration on her part, though the gestures are largely a focus for the concentration. Sometimes, her hexes are unconscious on her part, and can be automatically triggered whenever she makes a particular gesture, regardless of her intent. These hexes would only manifest “bad luck” effects. She can use her hexes to light flammable objects, contain or remove air from a particular volume, deflect objects, stop the momentum of projectiles, open doors, explode objects, create force fields and deflect magical attacks. They have been known to alter the molecular composition and physical state of physical objects, negate or distort physical laws, and to cause various forms of energy to spontaneously appear or disappear. She has an affinity with natural elements and phenomena, and has trained often at using her hexes to deflect projectiles or to cause enemies to stumble or otherwise suffer the effects of “bad luck”. Ultimately, the hexes are not under the Witch’s direct control, although she can influence the nature of their effects with great concentration and effort.
Basic attack explanation: Scarlette prefers to take on a support role in fights, protecting her allies from bullets and various other projectiles through the use of force fields and basic reflection spheres. She tries to disable enemies through tripping them up, keeping them down, and distracting them with warped realities and other forces. When she gets overly emotional, she’s been known to crush lungs by removing the air entirely from human bodies, combust her enemies, or implode their skulls. These tactics, however, are only found in cases of emotional compromise, and are largely unintentional.
Strengths: Scarlette has fairly strong powers, and as she’s grown, a lot of the goings-on in the world, and in peoples’ lives, have been close to putty in her hands. She can influence outcomes, and at times, change the fabric of reality itself. The problem is, she has a fairly loose grasp on her powers, and frequently struggles with utilizing them completely.
Weaknesses:Perception Range - Her range of hex-casting is limited by her line of sight. (She couldn't watch a live television broadcast and cause a hex-phenomenon to occur at its point of origin.) Physical Condition - Hexes have a degree of unreliability, which was further affected by her physical condition: when well rested, in good health, and mentally and emotionally alert, she can cast numerous hex-spheres in rapid succession and attain desirable results for almost an hour. Overextension - Despite this enhanced precision, her hexes are not necessarily guaranteed to work, particularly if she had been straining herself or using her powers excessively. If overextended, her hexes could backfire, causing probability to work against her wishes or to undo previous hexes.
Personality: Scarlette carries an air of confidence about herself, even though she often worries about losing her questionable control over her abilities. She regards herself as attractive, often swaying her hips whilst walking, keeping her shoulders back and chin up. She tends to give others the cold shoulder, speaking briskly and cutting to the important bits of the conversation without bothering with small talk or filler of any kind. She isn’t particularly cold, however – Scarlette is more uncaring than anything else, at least on the surface. Her façade is that of utter control, and removing the mask will show cracks of worry and paranoia. Her priority is keeping her armor pristine and impenetrable.
Likes: High heels, feathers and furs, designer materials, ice water, black cherries, winged eyeliner, red lipstick, and various objects to cope with stress relief.
Dislikes: Restlessness, silence, long hours of work, excessive crowds, insects, complaints, and being pestered relentlessly.
History: Scarlette was adopted, never knowing of her biological parents. She grew up unaware of her abilities, and after several traumatic events leading to something of a witch hunt in her town, she was approached by both the Brotherhood and Xavier’s school to “save” her from civilian life and give her powers a chance to thrive rather than be stifled. She considered Magneto to be a terrorist of sorts, and having grown up in the way she did, felt that she would benefit most from study and good deeds for society. Even though she feels comfortable with her decision, something in the back of her mind still nags her about the X-gene and Magneto. Given, her powers are far from the realm of clairvoyance or intuition, she feels like her “destiny”, of sorts, is flawed by her current path. She doesn’t quite know how to rectify the situation, or even what situation needs fixing. But through her experiences and such, with what she does for the X-men, she is searching for what feels right, and for the pieces of information she feels are lacking or missing, whatever these things may be.
powers: Gravity manipulation of herself and those within close proximity of her. Increased bone density resulting in an abnormally strong skeletal structure.
basic attack explanation: Places herself in a direction free-fall which she uses to execute flying punches and kicks.
strengths: Loyal, virtually fearless,
weaknesses: Her powers are bound by Newton's first law of motion. If she is distracted, or unconscious, she can slam into the ground, into a wall, or fly into space. Bone density aside, she has no form of accelerated healing and can still asphyxiate or exsanguinate . She also has a hot temper which gets her into trouble a lot of the time.
Character's soundtrack: Rolling Girl by Wowaka ft. Hatsune Miku
Personality: Self reliant and dependent, but loyal to the few people she calls friend. She has a strong sense of justice.
likes: The rush of adrenaline that comes with free fall, children, loud music.
dislikes: The MRD, her parents, authority figures, being cooped up.
History: Isla Newberry was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. It didn't take long for her parents to realize that their only child was going to be unlike them. It started with minor acts of rebellion, but it reached a head when her powers manifested. Fearing what having a mutant daughter would mean for their social standing, they insisted on homeschooling her as well as never allowing her to leave the Newberry estate. But Isla felt a burning desire to see all that the world had to offer. So she had broken free of her home imprisonment and taken a new name. She has no one place to call home, and she is fine with that.
