I'm your leader of the fallen, Kunimitsu. I want to make things easy on earth for all of you but if you make my job hard I will make your life here hard. Now my rules are simple, you do these then you will make it here on earth.
RULES:
1. Do not kill or abuse humans/creatures here on earth
2. No stealing/fake profits
3. No vandalisam
4. No breaking into poeple's places and trashing thier place
5. No fighting in the streets unless you go to the battle arena
6. DO NOT post false info about anyone any were at any time
7. Stay low/dont be noticed by humans of what you are and show our existance to the outside world
8. Make it worth while here on earth
9. Do good here on earth: you may protect the humans if u wish
10. If your going to live outside of "Thy Fallen City" you must fallow the humans rules!
11. You must have at least some form of job/education
12. Must have enrollment/identity to live on earth and Thy Fallen City
13. Try to have fun you make the leaders happy ull be happy
Doorms and apartments will be provided in the city. If you wish to live out side of the city then u must go to the "Administration" building. If you have a bad record then you have to stay withing Thy Fallen City. If your staying within the city you talk to the gate keeper and he/she will asign you to a building and then will be sorted acordingly.
