Hair Color : Mostly white, with the very roots being black, and blue streaks. Surprisingly enough, it's all natural - no dye here.

Special Features : Pointed ears (if you can see it through all the hair....) His eyelids are actually black - kind of making him look like he's wearing eyeliner. But he's not - it's a racial trait.
Personality : Kind-hearted, a tiny bit naive... Definitively has a hero complex. A little clueless about many things, but more so with this whole 'living on gaia thing'. He seems to apparently hate shirts with a burning passion. (He still doesn't understand why all the ladies and even some of the dudes are staring quite intently.... cough.)
Toliyen really means the best, and wants to help anyone who needs it, but he's also... a little clumsy. And very impulsive. Which is probably bad when you keep in mind he has the ability to pretty much create his own disasters, only noting at the very last second that this might NOT have been a good idea. At least others can get a laugh at his expense when that happens...
Powers : Telekinesis. He moves stuff with his mind, pretty much. Things or even people, though the latter often ends in startled people wondering why they're randomly floating. And/or them screeching. He can mimic flight by lifting himself in such a manner as well, but it isn't true flight at all. The objects and people he is controlling in such a way are recognizable by the fact that they glow blue.
