ok here's best way:
Go to windy and catch crayfish and use a wind crystal and make sliced crayfish til you cap at it.
Then start making OJ, but get the advanced cooking imagery and get tons of water crystals and buy lots of oranges from the little tarutaru near the gate at windurst waters.
Do that til lvl 10.
Now start with the selbina butter! Cheap ingredients and fast to lvl and use that til you hit 20. So far thats where i am and i hear from 20 to 30 to make insect paste but with advanced imagery.

yea I advised you to go to allak but heres some info for when i started cooking

1-4 Carrot broths:
San d'Orian Carrot x4(in Sandoria) uses water crystal

4-10 Orange juice:
Saruta Orange x4(in Windurst) uses water crystal

10-15 Bug Broth: uses water crystal
Lugworm x2, Shell Bug x2
(shell bugs are dropped off quadavs but easier to buy them off AH while lugworm from my experience i got the Selbina to get them as i can tele myself)

15-20 Selbina Butter: uses ice crystal
Rock Salt x1, Selbina Milk x1

20-24 Puls: uses fire crystal
rye Flour x1, Horo Flour x1, Honey x1, Distilled Water x1( i believe the flours can be bought in windy but if not it should also be sold in sandy.)

24-29/30
Insect Ball: uses earth crystal
Little Worm x1, Millioncorn x1, Distilled Water x1
(all 3 items can be bought my npc) i advised you to turn away from this if you don't like fishing or have a cramped up inventory/mog safe/deliverybox. this synthesis goes to 29.

Pineapple Juice: uses water crystal
Kazham Pineapple x2(can be bought at NPC in kahzam) goes up to 30

30-37 Fish Broth: uses water crystal
Bastore Sardine x4
i will advise you to either fish your own sardines with a sabiki rig or by them off npc who sells the sardine

37-43 Tomato Juice:uses water crystal
Rock Salt x1, Mithran Tomato x3
i believe mithran tomato can be bought off Kahzam,other than that keep the flint stones you get from the wroms or buy them off AH

43-48/50 Apple pie: uses fire crystal
Faerie Apple x1, Lizard Egg x1, Cinnamon x1, Maple Sugar x1, Pie Dough x1 this goes to 48
Bird Egg x1, Faerie Apple x1, Cinnamon x1, Maple Sugar x1, Pie Dough x1
this one goes to 50
i had a bad experience with these but i was able to get to this level

50-55 Beaugreen Sautee: uses fire crystal
Selbina Butter x1, Beaugreens x1
both can be bought at windy for pretty cheap and they are usually at the cooking guild

55-60 Yagudo Drink: uses Dark Crystal
Yagudo Cherry x1, Buburimu Grape x3
depending on which nation in your server takes over araganeou, go to that nation to get both of the ingredients

as for now i am level 65 cooking and have had some trouble with the recipes i am currently making so from here on out i think you will possibly find it is much easier if you look for your own from 60+
