Isaac had no way to know what Row was thinking, but that was in every way for the better. He would have been frightened and lashed out with his powers-- minimal in their use and probably dangerous with this many people around... and inevitably useless against Row. His powers worked on will, they would do no good against someone who could override such a thing.
He would have cried and begged to go back home. He didn't want to become a hero, he just wanted to be normal, he just wanted to keep his powers subdued. Mr. Good Vibes might not have understood that, but even if he did it was probably too risky to let Isaac be sent off to that school.
And that would simply be a terrible thing.
Isaac looked back up at Row when he muttered something to himself, but he didn't catch what it was so instead he took another sip of his tea because when adults wanted you to hear something they didn't tend to mutter like that.
A cute puppy, though? Isaac frowned like a grumpy child (which he really was) when Row pinched his cheeks and he shook his head a little when they were let go. Still, the annoyance of being pinched on the cheeks was gone in a moment. He shrugged when dogs were mentioned-- if he was a dog, he'd have found an owner-- that made him smile the more he thought about it, complete with his own little cartoon playing out in his head.
He fished his tea right as the whistle sounded and handed it back, quickly glancing out at the docks before looking back at Row when another magic trick was mentioned. Another? He wondered what it would be this time.
Isaac took a half-step towards Row to make sure he wouldn't miss a thing-- he didn't want to miss an of it, not a moment. He followed he hat very closely, his blue eyes again as wide as they could be.
One way, and then another, and up in the air-- and then it was yellow, and he again jerked back a little in surprise; just for a split second he lost track of things before Row had caught the hat and was bowing down to a cheering Isaac.
It was only when his hand was taken that he settled down, smiling and giggling when his hand was held and kissed-- and to be called Sir Raziel, well that just made him laugh and smile, because no one ever bothered to call kids that and it... it just made him happy.
"Bye, Mister Row," he replied softly, once more hugging the man. "I hope I get to see you again soon." Not so much hope to see you again period-- Isaac was young, he never expected not to see anyone ever again, everyone always ran into each other eventually, right?
"Soon, okay? Be good until then. And safe, Mother always says that you should wish for people's safety before they leave and you don't know when you see them next, so be safe, okay?"

The child hugged him, and Row was a bit guilty that he tried to hurt the child previously. "Me too" and he patted the little boy's head. "I hope we see each other someday." he said but in his mind, "I surely hope not, we both endanger ourselves. When we meet, without a doubt it's going to be different."
He nodded and tipped his yellow hat to say goodbye. As he turned away from the boy and got mixed in the thick crowd, Row's expression changed into a murderous look with piercing eyes. He was meeting someone in this pier. Time for work again. He used his powers to the five people standing near him that they won't notice anything unusual, won't do anything weird and they have to escort and protect him 'til he reaches his destination. Instant recruitment. Civilians are easy prey, especially weak tired minds from a trip. And in his mind Isaac is the same, that he could easily use his powers against the kid, he just did not will it.
Row then slipped the white blank mask on and removed his jacket. Crantel is hot no? Yellow hat, white blank face, Mr. Good Vibes was in town to do business. Hopefully there are no heroes around, right?

"Eh? . . . >>No way<<..."
She didn't quite believe it, once she heard someone calling out to her, but the voice had sounded awfully...small, for lack of a better term. And the she realized why, as young Issac hurried over to her. She blinked a few times, staring at the 8-year-old boy in surprise. 'He's just a kid!' Clowrey thought to herself, giving a quick glance over. Baby fat cheeks, shorts and suspenders, and...was that a teddy bear? 'Oh god this kid is adorable.' Clowrey smiled brightly at Issac, stretching out a hand as she greeted him, "So you're Issac Raziel...Nice to meet 'cha--My name is Clowrey! Did you have a pleasant ride over? We gotta take another boat to get to the school though...So if you wanna rest first, that's alright."

"Heh. Alright...It's a pretty cool place, y'know and..." As they traveled over the waves, Clowrey spoke a little about the school and the large cafeteria and the gym...The beautiful beach and clean waters, and how there was all these pretty shells. She always figured it would help a new guy, if they learned about a place from someone just like them--After all, it was barely 3 weeks since she first arrived to the place herself. She didn't remember if she had been worried or afraid at the time...In fact, it probably never hit her at all that she was going someplace entirely new, away from all the familiar things of home. And now it was too late for that. But...surely, to talk about it a small bit, was comforting in some way. Even if you weren't afraid in the first place...
