The Hob is considered the Black Market of District Twelve. It's existance is well known about to the Peacekeepers here, but they take part in pawning and buying things off the people who risk resorting to illegal activities.

As Kevin threw a stone at a tree, a group of pigeons flew up. Danny's face lit up with joy as she shot two arrows, and hit them dead on. Watching them as they fell to the ground she heard a snorting and wailing noise. Watching Kevin motion her to stay away, Danny nodded as she watched he slowly moved to where the noise had come from. Quickly going over to where the dead birds landed, Danny picked them up, removed the arrows and placed them both in her bag. Upon returning back to Kevin all she saw was him put something besides pieces of meat in the bag. "Aw, okay." Danny said, looking a little disappointed with only one hour of hunting.

'Wonder why we have to go home early...Maybe Kevin is just being too paranoid after catching the hog...' She thought to herself following Kevin to the hob. Waiting for a few minutes Danny smiled after Kevin traded the hog over to the peacekeeper. 'Wonder what we are going to do now? Are we just going to go home after this? Booring!' Danny thought, wandering off to another stall.
