For the time being, Konoha has been destroyed. No one knows by who or what. But one moment, almost everyone inside of Konoha was taken out in one blast. Very few even recognized the jutsu but everyone would deem it as impossible because the one person who perform such a jutsu has been dead and sealed in stone for 5 years. But here is the odd thing, if one would go back to see this dead man. The pedestal is still in contact and the statue is gone.
No one knows this but Aron has been reanimated and is heading towards Kiri now. Once he had been revived by a mysterious man he went into a blood rage and used his ultimate jutsu to wipe out Konoha, and this time the same effects didn't count. He is now on his way towards Kiri. The Hokage was not present in the village when this happened thankfully.
