My name is Taylor, I'm eighteen years old. I currently have two pets that I love dearly. I don't have a favorite band, that's just silly. nor do i favor an album, only if its by the same artist, then I can compare...but eh.

Where you're from: i'm from the usa... new jersey
Favorite band: haha there are definitely waaaay too many to name... my taste in music is pretty much scattered all over the spectrum... a perfect circle and tool are way up there on my list!
Why you like them: i like all different bands because i grew up listening to all types of music from ska to salsa to rockabilly to folk.... my reason for liking tool and a perfect circle would be that they're not exactly mainstream bands.. plus they are absolutley amazing... i love them like superman loves his tights. heart
Favorite quote/lyric: that would have to be from the smiths... " it's easy to laugh, it's easy to hate, but takes strength to be gentle and kind"... i find it's a good motto to live your life to... i'm really sorry if you don't like the smiths.. i know this isn't a smiths guild... please forgive me crying

Any interesting band camp stories you'd like to share with us: haha i've never ever been to band camp... but i was in band for a few years.. i played drums... i haven't played for quite a while but would love to get back into it... haha i do have a funny story from writing camp... the camp director insisted on calling our usb sticks "wiggle sticks" and didn't understand the first thing that would pop into a teenage mind when that was said... we laughed everytime she said it and she had no idea why... rofl ninja

It's an interesting song because of the acoustic guitar that's used. Maynard's voice fit's there most.

Do you have pets?: A purebred shorthaired Vizsla (however the eff you spell the damn thing) named Copper who is, um, nine years old. A tuxedo cat who's name was supposed to be Sylvester, but I was like one and called him Snowbester. He's 14.

Favorite band: Tool, of course, but I like APC as well.
Why you like them: It's kind of difficult to put into words... The lyrics and the meanings behind the songs catch my attention in a strange way. Once I start listening it's hard to stop, and I can't stand it when a song ends. Sometimes I'll end up playing a song over and over just because I'm not done listening to it yet. Their music is so deep and so real. And there's something about the sound of Maynard's voice, it keeps me calm which is kind of odd. There's just too much to say why I like Tool.
