I'm not too sure about your jutsus, if some are custom can please have their descriptions in the custom jutsu formun. Other then that everything seems fine to me.

Um, i know i am not a moderator, but there is allot wrong with this last profile.
1: Non-ranked Shinobi, would not have a high level amount of chakra they would be low like a genin. Also you need to have chakra elements.
2: Tailed beast is set to high? Why? The name of the tailed beast should be put there, its not like the level of chakra.
3: You have no village, which really doesnt matter unless you have a tailed beast, which seems like you want one, so you might want to choose a village with a tailed beast open. Also once a village is picked you will have a headband unless you throw it away.
4: If your character has any summons it still has to be listed, just because your information is on your profile does not mean EVERY one knows that your characters has it.
5: So you only have one ability and thats the ninjutsu? If not you need to list the rest of your jutsu's.

Questions and answers -Ahem- Answer to Question 1.,This shinobi is non ranked due to him having no affilations with any of the villages,and can have that amount of chakra without any rank,but i set to low for satisfication answer to Question 2:Under no condition did i wanted to be a tailed beast,as my recent post shows the chakra lvl was high and under tat was the tailed beast,by accident the posting copy my high and added also to the tailed beast description,i mean really,there are nine beasts,which one of them are named high? answer to Question 3:well tat was already explained,cause i want no tailed beast answer to question 4 and 5: i fixed it,and plus the jutsu that is on the list means that they are jutsu that nobody knows xi qin wields,the only jutsu they do know tat xi-qin has is the edotensei,so this goes for all members,don't type in your rp post that you know my characters every jutsu,because as the bio has been said, none has seen xi cast any other jutsu besides the edo tensei. cat_burning_eyes i mean it,don't try to do it on the rp cat_talk2hand
