Ballad Beach is a great place to have a lot of fun in the sun and it's location is only a few miles away from the dorm. Have a camp out on the beach with your buddies and watch the sunset then gaze up at the stars until you fall asleep. It's a private beach area for Anthem Academy goers only to keep their students safe and away from too much publicity. Vocaloids usually have a lot of raging fans so this is a more safe place for them to have fun and express themselves without being trampled by fans. Swim within your own limits, go fishing if you care to, and do a little snorkeling if you're up to it. The coral reef in Ballad ocean is really something wonderful to discover. Local life guard jobs are up for grabs as well.
