This Library holds all of Konoha's jutsu from academy student to sannin, all other elements however must be donated within scrolls, one jutsu per scroll, and you may only learn 1 jutsu per day Those that are not your elements you may not learn, anything in the archives other then fire jutsu take two days to learn.
A donation consist of what your main attribute(s) are. You must a be atleast ANBU/Jounin to donate the Full list of a certain element
