They already released the info for it. No?
What I do hope though, "1. They keep the carrier and try to balance it
2. Tempest is actually worth buying and isn't just another carrier
3. Get rid of Replicant and give Toss something to buff early game (I think the replicant is a great unit, but I hate the idea of it. I want a Protoss unit to counter my issues, not a Protoss unit that turns into an Infestor or Siege Tank to counter something. If I wanted to use those units, I would play those races. I want a real unit to counter, not a gimmick to use other races as a crutch instead of giving us a real unit.)
4. Oracle has detection and/or price reduction. 150/200 is WAY too much for what it does. I could easily spend the 200 gas on two sentries, or an upgrade. That could almost be zealot charge. Blink is cheaper. Oracle is actually pretty cool, but it costs too much for what little it does.
5. That they keep arc shield and recall. Recall is a massive way to help Protoss be more aggressive without changing them too much. The main problem right now is the toss army is too slow to cover the map and be aggressive, while if you split it up too much, the army is too weak to do anything. I can't wait to use recall with my dt harass or warp prism harass. Fly in my warp prism, drop the 4 zealots in an expo mineral line, keep the prism flying into the main, warp in 4 zealots/dt, recall units at expo when in danger, pick up units in main when in danger, and fly out.
6. Some sort of late game zealot buff because of battle hellions (I have a few ideas already)"
I think that's pretty much it, at least off the top of my head right now.

Carrier was a bad idea Tempest is for mass air units which is amazing. Replicant is OP but so is Shredder and viper( for alot of things) Seriously wanna keep recall? If they do they have to make it cost alot more. I was playing HOTS Custom went for a quick battle hellion drop play. ******** over powered.

If they do they have to make it cost alot more. I was playing HOTS Custom went for a quick battle hellion drop play. ******** over powered. Carrier was never fully thought out after they brought it from SC1. I just really hate how they didn't even try. Tempest is good if you let your opponent mass short range air, and they are stupid enough to engage you. (I trust blizzard to fix this, but as of the info we had, it sucks for what it's supposed to do) Replicant has many uses and can be really good, but hardly anyone actually wants it. We all want a real Protoss unit to counter things, not Terran or Zerg units. If I wanted to use Infestors, I would play zerg. If I wanted to use banshees or tanks, I would play Terran. I want a Protoss unit to solve my problems, not another race's unit. I seriously want to keep recall. It already costs half the energy from a nexus from the custom one I played. I think it should require a research though, same with the cannon. At least a tech path requirement (ie need forge for cannon spell)

At least a tech path requirement (ie need forge for cannon spell) Tempest is an easy way for mass air which is alot worst then you think for toss Replicant copies anything and has there upgrades. You don't think that is a little OP? Recall works for any nexus that is why I don't like it. it will make it hard as hell to harass.

I personally don't want it in the game. It will be a nightmare to balance, and I don't like the unit anyways. I really like recall, more for being offensive. I think they'll balance it. I think it should require to be researched, or require a tech structure to be used. If it costs half the Nexus energy, up until he is on 3+ base, that is energy that cannot be used on chronoboosts. Besides the fact if you hotkey all your Nexi to one key, they only use one Nexus at a time when you use the energy for chrono. So if they don't pay too much attention, they can have their nexus at their 3rd with energy to recall, but their main doesn't.

Anyone good wouldn't keybind nexus into one key seeing as how amazing this is but if you tier 3 tech'd for it then yeah I'd agree
