It has come to my attention that has been a recent outbreak of OOC comments in the RP forum.

There's a reason for the OOC forum. It's so the RP forum does not get cluttered with OOC comments or conversations.

I understand if you think that your OOC comments are not cluttering the RP. One comment here or there doesn't hurt, right? Well, it adds up. And it adds up fast.

So, here are a few guidlines for you to remember about this.

1) ALL OOC is to take place in the OOC forum, with a few minor exceptions which will subsequently be listed here. I don't care if your cat is sick, or you just won the Oscar for Best Actress. Keep it out of the OOC forum.

2) Of course, there are exceptions to this. If it is something that is DIRECTLY relevant to the RP, then exceptions may be made for it. I say MAY, because some things, no matter how they seem at first, really do NOT have anything to do with the RP directly. So I leave this up to your good judgement. If I find that people are abusing this rule, I will remove it, and all OOC will be banned completely from the RP.

3) If we (the mods) find that you continually violate these rules, you will recieve a warning. Repeat offenders may be forcibly ejected from the guild. That means that you will be fired. Out of a cannon. Into the sun. I know it sounds harsh, but we've had problems with OOC posts in the past, and none of us want a repeat of that.
