He was born with a weak constitution and got sick easily. So he was put into the business side of the family. Not that he minded. He watched as all three of his younger siblings were born. During his teenager years he worked directly with his father, who rarely spent time with his children. Akihiko has often been the mediator of family disputes between the family's elders and his two defiant middle siblings. As he turned the age of twenty he was given the family business to deal with for a year to prove himself. He not only kept the business up, but even expanded it providing a better area in the family for his middle siblings to work and prove themselves. After the year was up he was given business permanently.
XOXOTime went on again until he reached the age of twenty-eight. Worried that his son would not produce an heir Akihiko's father arranged him to be married to the daughter of an American business partner. Akihiko didn't mind and continued to not mind even after they met for the first time at the wedding. He actually got along very well with the woman, Jasmine. Since then they've lived rather happily. About a year ago they decided to build a vacation home on Nirvani Island. However is seems his siblings are interested in the island as well and not just as a vacation home. However, her father was adamant about not having a girl take his position so when Jasmine was five a brother was born. Since then Jasmine has been supporting both her brother and father. Her father began to speak to her about getting married when she was twenty. All in order to better the family and progress their business. Jasmine agreed and so she started taking formal classes.
XOXOWhen she was twenty-two she was informed she was getting married to a Japanese man's son. Her family apparently wanted to use several of the other family's services. In turn her family would provide them with her and anything else the other family needed. Japanese classes were added to her teachings and within the same year she was married to the man. Thankfully he knew English because her Japanese was poor however, she had some trouble speaking to his younger siblings. Through the four years she's been married to the man she has gotten along with him splendidly as well as his siblings.
XOXO Recently seeing her husband's stress she offered to buy a vacation home so that way he could get away from work for a while. He of course denied her buying it, but agreed to buy land and make a house. There was debate as to have the house be Japanese style or something more American style. Jasmine preferred the Japanese style so that was chosen. Now she can't wait to live in the house and visit the island since the house has been built. ℓıĸεs →xoxo❥ Sweets

Due to her older brother's sickly health when she was starting school she was also forced to begin medical studies. However, life of taking care of her older brother didn't set right with her and she began to refuse to attend the medical classes and 'lady' classes. She'd rather play in the mud. The fighting between her and her father continued even as another child was born, Akito. However he wasn't like the rest of the family with dark hair and red eyes. He had the red eyes, but with white hair. Amatsu disowned him even as DNA testing came back proving that h was a full Otome. Two years later Ayame, a younger sister was born who Amatsu adored.
XOXO By the time she turned fifteen she was fighting her younger brother everyday and her father had gotten sick of her. So Amatsu was forced into the darker side of the Otome family and there she flourished. She almost died several times though and still suffers from her multiple stabbings and bullet wounds.
XOXO When she turned eighteen her brother pleaded her to attend the police academy he funded to put her out of harms way. Amatsu thought it was rather ironic, her being a police officer after all the things she had done in just the three years she was in the darker side of the family. However, she joined and graduated soon after. In fact the day she graduated was the day their father announced that Akihiko was to get married with in the next few seasons. Amatsu became his personal body guard for the time.
XOXO When the family met Akihiko's wife at the wedding there were several troublesome instances. Jasmine knew only very basic Japanese, Ayame knew only basic English, Akito didn't know any English, and Amatsu didn't remember any English from her lessons as a child. Akihiko was the only one that could understand his wife. So a lot of the first year was spent learning from each other. Amatsu grew to really like Jasmine and even began to see her as an older sister.
XOXO After that Amatsu became an Officer of the law and life continued on. Then a year ago Her brother announced that they were building a vacation home on Nirvani Island.
