Bio: Like many people at the camp, Virgil didn't know his father, he was raised by his mother, from whom he inherits some Irish ancestry. As he grew older he found he was more comfortable in the garage building things, even being born with just one arm didn't stop him, as opposed to being around other people his age. As he developed abilities that could only be described as freakish, Virgil began trying to find out more about his father, home DNA tests, city records, internet searches, none of it turned up any answers. Eventually, Virgil's mother finally told him the truth, that he was a demigod she told him that the world was full of people like him and that they gathered in a place hidden from the rest of the world (Camp Half-Blood).
Personality: Virgil is rather antisocial, preffering to keep to himself and usually needs to be forced to intereact with others. He's incredibly good with his hands (or hand as it were), being able to learn any task that requires manual dexterity relatively quickly, though he prefers to learn skills that let him make things i.e.: sewing, knitting, woodcarving and the like. His creations are precious to him and he'll treat every project with the love and care he feels it deserves.
Appearence: Virgil is often considered to be ugly, having very rough features: unkempt hair, unshaven facial hair, and the occassional scar left by cuts and burns from various projects ( mostly on his right arm), though he himself is average in terms of looks when he cleans himself up. He has issues with his vision and is required to wear glasses, though he made a pair of goggles to replace them, he only takes these off his head when he sleeps of bathes. He also is missing his left arm from the shoulder down, having made a replacement from a metal pipe and wires.
EDIT: Virgil's new prosthetic arm appears to be a normal arm in most ways though it has a bronze tint to it and the phrase "The fury of Hephaestus is felt by all who are struck by this fist" is carved into the shoulder. In battle-mode the arm is twice the size of its normal mode, and it appears to be made of the full-arm gauntlet worn by Roman gladiators and the writing begins glowing as if it was on fire.
Abilites: He is fairly sturdy, the loss of his arm having been a birth defect, he had once been run over by a speeding truck and was really just irritated by the ordeal because he had to gather up the materials he had been carrying. He also possesses incredible strength, these abilities make his hobbies much easier on him for obvious reasons.
Equipment: If forced to fight, Virgil relies on his metal hand to deal devestating punches, though he'll also use his hammer in his right hand as a defensive tool (block incoming weapons and other attacks, though a hammers a hammer and it still hurts if you get hit.)
