Summon Application

Rules
- Must be Chuunin or above.
- Must fill out everything on the application.
- Only one summoning group per character.
- Max of 5 people can have the same summoning group.
- 10+ Sentences.
- If a customs summons has been made then you do not need to apply for it here. It has already been accepted for your use.

Applying for: summoning for snakes and nin dogs
RPC Name: Shiori Kimasawa
RPC Rank: Anbu
Village: Leaf (Origin:Mist)
Why do you want this summon: because in her history (which she doesnt like to talk about) her father is Orochimaru is her father so she inherrited his ability to summon snakes. nin dogs because her mother passes on a kekkei genkai (unknown) that gives her dog like senses so she understands k-9's
RP Sample: first one is the snake: "Shiori quickly drew a kunnai, her speed almost equivalent to that of her captain, and in one swift movement, cut her thumb (she didnt like to bite). the blood quickly coated her thumb and she performed the handsigns, "summoning jutsu!...(says snakes name)". within seconds, a giant black snake appears under her, its girth taking up 50 ft and deadly fangs gleaming with just barely restrained fury.....

second one is the dogs: Shiori drew the correct summoning scroll, having her finger already bleeding saved her the trouble of cutting herself, quickly getting into the correct handsigns. all the while saying the signs, and flinging the scroll into the precise patterns needed. with one final sealing sign she shoved the scroll into the ground and said, "summoning jutsu! (says name of jutsu)" when she stood up there were 7 ninja hounds surrounding her, their growls ripping fear into the ever silent night......
