This is pretty simple to explain. Here is a list of all current members. It also lists their birth year, gender, availability, and time zone. This is so that other members can know who they are role playing with and what is and is not appropriate.
Birth year does not give away your full birth date, but does allow the other members to know how old you generally are. That way, those older members will know better when role playing with the younger members and vis-versa. And it also works for those of you who are curious to role play for those of different horiscopes, or if you're just curious of the ratio of member age here in the guild.
