Name: Calyx. Gender: Female. Personality: Calyx is as abnormal as her trainer, joining in on the redhead's displays of heroism without missing a beat. She takes her position in the superhero duo as the magnificent second very seriously and it grinds her gears when others think little of her exploits. The Alakazam is known to jump into the middle of action without thinking of the consequences and, thus, is also know to get banged up pretty badly. Despite her act first, think later attitude, Calyx does have a side of her that requires patience and solitude. Her brash attitude has caused her to have very little control over her psychic abilities, so to supplement this and heighten her focus, she meditates often. Being disturbed is the middle of a session is the quickest way to incite her anger. Otherwise, she's pretty friendly, albeit energetic like Quince, and likely to get along with other Pokemon. Name: Flemmi. Gender: Male. Personality: Everything is wonderful, everything is amazing, everything is just so darn great. Flemmi is a bright-eyed optimist regarding just about everything that exists to almost frightening levels. To him, everything should celebrated, even if it is something minute or inconspicuous. You're eating a berry? Well, he hopes it is one of the juiciest and sweetest berries you've ever bit into! You've won a battle? Congrats, your hard work, persistence, and training regime worked out well! You hated the ending to that film? Well, your opinion is valued and at least one other person shares it! You murdered your parents in a fit of uncontrollable rage? Their spattered blood and viscera is totally your color! The Vileplume is also always happy, even when the moment calls for tears or jeers. To him, life only deserves cheers. Due to this, it has been noted by some that the Grass-type only seems to have one default mood. Considering Flemmi and his perpetual smile, they may be right. History: Flemmi was the outcome of a selective breeding done by Osmond's cousin and professor-in-training, Rhonda Willis, studying the effects of regional differences between Pokemon. She crossbred a regular Vileplume with one from the Orange Archipelago, resulting in several Oddish for study. However, only two fit the bill of what she was looking for, and Flemmi wasn't one of them. Though keeping the Oddish around the lab as company was a joy in and of itself, Rhonda felt she didn't have enough to dedicate to giving all of them attention and service, so she decided to question friends and family about taking them in instead. Osmond took in Flemmi and promptly nicknamed him and, after a bit of training during his free time and the use of a Leaf Stone, Flemmi became the Vileplume he is today. He's not used much on the job because Marlo is quicker on his feet in comparison to the Grass-type, but he makes up for his lack of use there at home gleefully picking up after the officer in his apartment.
