Level One ; Dream Castle - Sailor Hypnos lives and does her work from this palace she also gives orders for the other Dream Senshi here.
Level 2 - Sailor Morpheus lives here and is usually covering for Sailor Phantasos on Level 3 of the Dream world
Level 3 - Phantom Castle - Sailor Phantasos lives here in her palace unlike Icelus her level isn't as creepy she only has control of non moving objects.
Level 4 - Nightmare Castle - Sailor Icelus lives here along with creatures you would only see in your nightmares .
This is Sailor Hypnos's domain she does all her work from this castle and assigns Icelus's/Morpheus/and Phantasos's assignments to them. Hypnos is the oldest of the Senshi and is leader while Icelus being the next oldest .
Here Sailor Hypnos lives with her subjects or Dream Sprites or fairies. These beings send out dream dust much like the Sandman who happens to be Sailor Hypno's father

Level 2 - ?? Castle
This is Sailor Morpheus's Level and where she preforms her duities she is given by Sailor Hypnos. Morpheus is the Senshi of Choice she gives the Person she gives a dream too choices that they must go through in their life. Morpheus is the youngest of the Dream Senshi.
Sailor Icelus lives in this level of the Dream world and is the last level of the Dream world. Icelus lives here with her Dream Minions sending nightmares to those who need to see what will happen in the form of a animal or straight. out prophetic dream
