Ok sewer rats, here is a simple draft of what I've been working on. Please comment on this as soon as possible if any changes need to be made since s2's deadline for this is tomorrow. Trying to keep the names of powerups kind of short since people tend to like having names of them fairly short. Suggestions on Cooldown, uses, and price are also welcomed.
Name: Resurrection (deluxe) Type: Restoration/Healing Powerup Function: Acts like rr4 defib. Revives yourself with 100% stamina and all rings unlocked. Alternate Names Suggested: Super Revive, Frankenweenie or Sparky, Frankenstein Added Functions Suggested: Temporary invincibility No. of Uses: 40 Cooldown: 15 min Price: 149 gc
Resurrection (regular) No. of Uses: 25 Price: 99 gc
Name: Resizer (deluxe) Type: Cosmetic changes Function: Supersize or minimize yourself or summons upon use. Will have two separate powerups for this. Alternate Names Suggested: Eat me, Drink me, zOMGnat!, zOMGiant!, Mega Me, Mini Me, Resizer-, Resizer+ No. of Uses: 50 Cooldown: 5 min Price: 99 gc
Resizer (regular) No. of Uses: 25 Price: 49 gc
Name: Cure (deluxe) Type: Debuff remover Function: Removes debuffs and crowd control effects for short period of time. Cure also gives you a temporary (30-second) big boost to your Willpower and Debuff Resistance. No. of Uses: 25 Cooldown: 30 sec Price: 99 gc
Cure (regular) No. of Uses: 10 Price: 49 gc
Name: ShadowOrbDoubler (deluxe) Type: Orb Doubler Function: Acts like double orbs but for shadow orbs. Doubles the amount of shadow orbs earned. Alternate Names Suggested: Orbz Doubler, orbzX2 Added Functions Suggested: Loot doubler No. of Uses: 25 Cooldown: 20 min Price: 99 gc
ShadowOrbDoubler (regular) No. of Uses: 10 Price: 49 gc
Name: Stamcharger (deluxe) Type: Stat replenisher Function: Gives you 100% stamina and ghi when used. Alternate Names Suggested: StamBurger, BronBurger, Second Wind Added Functions Suggested: Ghi booster No. of Uses: 25 Cooldown: 10 min Price: 99 gc
Stamcharger (regular) No. of Uses: 10 Price: 49 gc
Name: Salvation (deluxe) Type: Stat preservation Function: Locks in buffs so if you die once, your buffs are preserved once you are awakened/revived/defibed Alternate Names Suggested: Life Insurance, Daze Insurance, Security Blanket, Hourglass. Added Functions Suggested: you select your buffs from ring set and choose an option to lock them in. No. of Uses: 40 Cooldown: 20 min Price: 149 gc

Name: Forcefield (deluxe) Type: Shield Function: Acts like turtle but lasts longer and you will be able to be resistant against bosses and other animated for a short period of time. Alternate Names Suggested: Rakis, Defshield, Energy shield, Kinetics, Kinetix, Telekinetics, Telekinetix,The Spice or Spice, Pepper Spray or OC Spray, Ghi Barrier. Added Functions Suggested: Prevents debuffs No. of Uses: 50 Cooldown: 5 min Price: 99 gc
Forcefield (regular) No. of Uses: 25 Price: 49 gc

I'm okay with the pricing and names, but I think some of the cooldown times need to be adjusted. Resurrection is too good with a 2 min cooldown I think--I suggest 20 min. If you think that's too long, then 15 or 10 min, but I think no less than 10 min for Resurrection since it will be way too good at 2 min.
I feel the same way about the stamcharger--I think the cooldown needs to be increased from 2 min. I think maybe 10-15 min should be good for that one.
I think Damnation can be decreased from 20 min to less than ten min--maybe 5 min.
Other than that, I like what's been suggested so far!

Here's my two zenny gil cents:
Resurrection Was the 100 uses a typo? I thought 10 was a better way to go. Since it's similar to Revive, I figured a similar price with fewer charges would be best. Either that or a similar number of charges with a higher price.
Resizer Definitely needs two names for the two powerups. As I mentioned in the specific thread, cosmetic powerups with no practical use might do better with more charges.
Cure Does this one beg for a regular and deluxe variant?
Shadow Orb Doubler This one does beg for a reg/dx variant. I'd say copy the model of the original Doubler and delay the launch until some time after DMS.
Stamcharger How about calling it "Second Wind"?
Salvation I still favor the lock-in at point of daze, rather than point of activation. The price seems a little steep, despite having 100 charges.
Damnation Ferocity sounds better to me.
Forcefield Eau du Marshall, anyone?

Closing note: All current powerups (except Revive) have both regular and deluxe versions. The deluxe powerup costs twice as much as regular but packs 2.5x as many charges. I asked this question for some of the above powerups, but it could be asked for all of them. Can the reg/dx model be applied?

I'm pretty satisfied with this list. :3 Thard And Madem have already provided all the useful feedback.
But I still have a nagging feeling that cosmetic powerups should be modelled after buddies or at the very least include such a large number of uses that they come close enough.

I think we've got a snag on some of the regular powerup charge/price versus deluxe.
25 charges @ 49 GC 40 charges @ 99 GC
People will just buy two of the regular versions for 98 GC and get 50 charges.

Thard_Verad I think we've got a snag on some of the regular powerup charge/price versus deluxe. 25 charges @ 49 GC 40 charges @ 99 GC People will just buy two of the regular versions for 98 GC and get 50 charges. Thank you for your input. Guess I should adjust the deluxe charges then.
