Mask Remnant: Akira kept a portion of his mask for personal reasons it covers his face from his nose up and extends back to near the middle of his skull. It has four small horns on the top positioned relative to his forehead.

History:
Hell
After his death,he awoke in a strange place, with no memories of who he formerly was.. He was on a giant, floating block with several other people, all in black and white clothing, with some visible black chains.. He didn't understand where he was, or what was going on.. But he didn't have time for that.. For something was occurring, a giant purple creature with a skull like head began to walk past the block they were on.. He just watched in utter boredom as the creature reached over onto the block, grabbing one of the people that were with Akira on it, and.. Ate the person.. Blood sprayed onto the people that were on the block as the creature ate, then just walked away.. Akira, soaked in the blood of the victim just stood there, showing no signs of fear, or even interest while throughout the area screams of panick and fear continuously echoed.. Right then, Akira came to a conclusion.. He was in Hell, it was the only logical option.. People.. No, souls being tortured, restrained, and eaten.. Akira never even noticed that he had folded up wings that were restrained by his chains, well.. At least not until about two weeks later after his awakening, but they proved useless because of the chains, so he was trapped there.. Only able to wait for his time to be eaten by one of the creatures.
An untold amount of time passed, whether it was months or years since he appeared in Hell, he could never tell, but through all of that time, the only thing he was able to do was sit where he was chained, and listen to the torture souls of Hell, watching as Several times a day Togabito's were eaten by the creatures, and new Togabito's would appear in the eaten ones place.. Then, his time finally came. One of the creatures, one of the Kushanāda's grasped him tightly with its giant hand, pulling it towards its mouth to devour him like all the others Togabito's, but Akira remained calm.. Until the teeth began to sink in, the teeth of the creature snapped the chains that bound Akira for the most part, and that's when he finally took action. The head of the mighty creature exploded in a shower of blood as a black winged blur flew throughout Hell, yes, Akira gained his chance to escape and he was going to take it. During his attempt of freedom, he caught the attention of several Kushanāda, and they all followed him, chasing him through the blocky level of Hell until he found his exit, another Togabito being pulled into Hell. Akira took out a second Kushanāda before escaping the Gates of Hell, and the instant that he passed through the gates, his form reverted back to how he looked when he was alive, except for the face that he had a black Chain around his wrist.. But, he got the wanted result, he was free of Hell, despite the loss of his powers.. Now, what could he do?
Hollow
After his escape from Hell, Akira was lost for the most part.. He knew nothing of the world of the living now, because of him losing his memory upon awakening in Hell.. He had to relearn everything, but he had to do it alone since he did not have previous pampering.. But it would be easier, because he was alone.. Because of him being a soul, no, a Togabito. He was unseen by the world, so he could do anything he wanted.. Go any place he wished, he just had to travel, maybe he would find something that even somewhat interested.. That hope however, would never come because of what awaited him when he got caught up in a Hollow retreat to Hueco Mundo, causing him to be pulled through a Garganta, and end up in the forest of Menos.. God, was he in for a terrible time.. Or so most would think.
It was strange, the area of the forest he ended up in was rather empty.. No sort of Hollow, large or small was there, just the empty forest with tall white trees that stretched to the sands above, yet the entire area was filled with a dense energy that Akira found somewhat hard to breath in.. It was obvious this area wasn't abandoned, but under the rule of one creature. A very powerful, and very dangerous Dragon Hollow that went by the name Cambiador, however its feared for more than its power. It is feared for its power by Hollows, but it is feared by other Spiritual Beings for its ability, eye contact with this Hollow can infect lower leveled spiritual beings, to the point of Hollowfication. Meaning it could create an army of Hollows in a single gaze upon a group of Spiritual Beings, and Akira managed to wander right into its territory.. Surprisingly, Akira lasted three days in the forest without any trouble, he just wandered aimlessly, trying to find.. Well, nothing. Most would be trying to find a way out, but he just didn't care.. At least, until his peace finally passed, on the fourth day, he found himself in a new area of the forest, it looked a bit different.. Something recently tore through it, and he was welcomed.. With a mighty roar, the ground and trees trembling as Cambiador emerged from the darkness of the Forest, flying over head to circle Akira.. And Akira did what would seem to be the most ignorante thing, he looked right up the dragon, and stared directly into its eyes, but strangely.. He was unaffected by its ability.. Instead, sudden spikes of pain ran through the dragons skull as it began to thrash about, crashing into several stone trees until it finally got its chance to attack..
The dragons tail whipped around before impaling Akira's chest, causing his eyes to grow wide as he began to spit up blood, the Dragon, now calming down lowered its head down to Akira's level, staring into his eyes as the affects of its sight finally began to effect Akira, but not in the way the dragon wanted.. Hollow Skin began to form and spread through Akira's body, until it reached the chain around his wrist.. Then, a different affect occurred. The chain changed from black to a bright glowing white as several chains launched out from it, wrapping around both of the begins, pulling them together before they were completely encased in the chain, the casing continued to shrink as blood oozed from the chain casing until finally.. It stopped and began to wither away, revealing a humanoid dragon figure stood in its place, drenched in blood.. This.. Was the birth of a new Hollow.
Arrancar
Akira's time as a Hollow did not last long, at least.. Compared to pretty much any other hollow out there.. At the most a few decades, and during that time he was not at all himself. The Dragon's previous personality had over took the merged body and continued its usual habits in the forest, scaring and consuming random Hollows, until it broke out of the forest into the sands above, there it roamed around as a Vasto Lorde ranked Hollow.. Until the suppressed Akira decided that he wanted his own Control. Now, fighting for control, the Hollow thrashed around the Desert, never getting rest because of the endless fight that was going on in its mind, after some time.. All efforts that seemed useless finally paid off, Akira was finally gaining control.. And the first, and only thing he did, was reach for his mask in a struggle, and shattered it.. The shattering of the mask caused a reaction of the surrounding desert, forcing it away in a massive rupture of released. The sand that wasn't forced away was brought up in a massive sand storm, and once it cleared.. It showed that the souls were once again separated.. For the most part, The dragon had a somewhat different appearance, including several chains around it, and a giant red cloth over its eyes.. And Akira had a broken black horn upon his skull.. The Spirits were split, yet still one.. Akira, he was now an arrancar..
