 Yuri lifted an eyebrow, "you were suppose to stay in bed and rest, you know." he sighed and shook his head, "what ever am i going to do with you? fine, i will accept it, but only if you left me get you a ring that matches. will you allow that?"

Travis]  Travis nodded and kissed Yuri again. "Of course I will allow it. I want to be with you Yuri... I will allow you to do anything to me. That should be obvious with all that we have done already...." he smiled again and groped the man sliding a hand into his pants. He would make a point to greet his lover this way when he returned home.
Travis had forgotten about the recipt from the jeweler as he brought Yuri to the bed. "Does this make us more than lovers now Yuri?"

Yuri groaned and followed Travis tot he bed. he lay down with him, but noticed the paper. his eyes widened at the price of the ring, but that was something to dicuss later. he kissed Travis and smiled, "what would you rather we be, Travis?" he asked softly, stroking the teen's hair, "engaged?"

Travis The teen nodded and looked into Yuri's eyes. "I would like that.... Unless... You don't want that....". Maybe he should have waited on getting the ring, or at least giving it to the man... His emotions warring as he thought maybe Yuri was only interested in him because he couldn't have him before... But now.... What if Yuri changed his mind and decided Travis was too much to risk forbid career? Or he found someone else?
Sitting up suddenly Travis got out of the bed and moved to the bathroom closing the door behind him. For all he knew Yuri was taking pity on him... It was clear he was always picked on and didn't have anyone to turn to making it easy for the man to win him over.... Could Yuri just be using him? Jason shook his head he refused to believe the man he had made love to would do something like that.
If that were the case... Travis would be crushed, his life would be over.... Maybe he should just leave before things get any more serious. His teacher would come to realize he made a mistake with being with a student and go for someone else his own age. It hurt to think that... Travis also thought about what would happen to Yuri if they were ever found out. It would devastate him. No... Travis couldn't let that happen he had to leave before things went any further. Finding a robe Travis put it on and spoke to Yuri. "I.... I might be awhile...". Under his breath he muttered he was sorry and having left a pad of paper inside the bathroom wrote a note saying that he really loved Yuri but he knew that he couldn't be with him. He didn't want to have this end up getting him in trouble....
Doing a brief sketch Travis looked back one last time before slipping out of the window and into the night. He was going back home his face streaked with tears when he arrived back at the dump. Shivering the teen found some clothing and put it on before curling up behind a large bookshelf that served as his room.
(( poor Travis is freaking out now...))

Yuri heard the other leave and frowned. he secretly followed Travis back to his home and then waited until the boy was done moving before he walked into the room where he was laying down. "i thought you wanted to be with me, but you ran away. i guess-i am not good enough for you." he smiled sadly and placed the ring along with the recipt on the floor at Travis' feet. "i don't know why you ran away, bt i understand that you don't want to be near me right now. i'll be going then." he gave him a small bow and left, keeping his emotions from his face until he reached his home. he went down to his studio and only there did he allow himself to sit down as grief overwhelmed him ((ok....that was random and rather pointless))

Travis Travis did want to be with Yuri.... That was the problem. He couldn't take the thought of the man being with anyone else... He couldn't even think about what he had done. He had just ruined everything... The boy wanted to go to Yuri and put his arms around him. Tell him that he didn't mean it and wanted to stay. But he had already left. Travis felt a new set of tears form and start to fall. There was no way he could face the man now... But he had to say something.
Early the next morning Travis went to the school going to the art room before Yuri got there. He had the ring with him and without much trouble got into the man's studio. He was nervous and was pacing nearly leaving a few times but the hurt in Yuri's voice kept him where he was. He had to tell Yuri why he couldn't stay no matter how much he wanted to.
((aw.... Sorry if it seemed pointless... He sometimes will act like a child. He was afraid that if it got out somehow and Yuri lost his job the man would blame him and he couldn't take that. Travis knew that teaching meant everything to Yuri, and because Yuri means everything to Travis... He would let him go... If you love something set it free kind of thing.

Yuri walked into his studio the next morning, exhaused since he hadn't slept the night before and his eyes widened when he saw Travis there. "what-what are you doing here, travis?" he asked softly as he sat down behind his chair and looking at the boy tiredly. "i am sorry that i made you feel like you had to run away. you are still welcome to live in the house and i can make one of the rooms a bedroom for you." he would just stay away from home so that the boy didn't have to see him

 Travis shook his head and put the ring on the table. "It's nothing you did... It's me.... I'm afraid that one day this would all end.... I guess I made that happen all on my own.... Yuri.... I didn't want this to cost you your job. You love to teach... I thought it would be best...I wouldnt be able to live with myself knowing I cost you that... I can't stand knowing I hurt you either... I want to be with you more than anything... I'm just a scared kid I guess. You'll find someone else.... Your everything anyone could want and I don't want to stand in the way when that happens... I want you to keep the ring.... I got it for you and I don't want to know someone else might have it...". He didn't run this time but stood where he was and looked at Yuri for a moment his face showing just how much it hurt him to do this. He thought it was for the best.
(( I don't want this to end but I figured non stop sex all the time would get a bit old so I threw in the monkeywrench...))

Yuri sighed and leaned back, "you're wrong, Travis. i do like teaching, but it's not what i love. i love art. i love being able to share that love of art with others, especially young people, but if i loose this job i still have my art." he chuckled softly, "some say a little scandal is good for publicity. gets your name out there and might attract people to your work. i don't know if that is true, but i do know that before you i was alone. if you leave me i will be alone again, and will probably stay that way. right now you are the best thing that has happened to me and i don't want to loose this. i understand if you want to end this and leave, but if you want to end it, then i wont do anything to stop you from walking out the door. i shall treat you as i always have, i shall not keep you from living a full and purposeful life." ((sorry it took so long to reply))

Travis looked at his lover for a moment before he looked to the ground again. He didn't know he was so wrong about all of this. Maybe if he had more experience before he had met Yuri, had decided he loved the man things would be a bit better, easier. Then again maybe they wouldn't be. Love seemed complex. "I don't want you to lose what you love. I also cant think of what I would do if I lost you. Your the first person I think has ever actually loved me, and I have to be crazy to think that I could just walk away from it all. I, Im sorry I hurt you earlier, I panicked and didn't know what to do. I needed some time to think things through and now that I have, I couldn't picture my life without you."
