Weekly or bi-weekly, yeah, yeah whatever...
I'd like your opinion's voice! Also, during the voting period, you may brainstorm appropriate times etc, etc... ^^ Get to work!!!
EDIT: Robayn reminded me that I forgot to put in a starting date... I say after new year, something or other like that... It's really only then when we start to need it... lol

I think this would be more useful closer to the time of the ball, around Feb maybe, if we aren't close to completing our plot... or if we get a PM from Broken asking for a plot. Right now there's not a lot of rush plus the holidays are coming up and school gets hard around this time of year for students (since finals are a month away)... it is a good idea, I just don't think this is the right timing for it.
Of course you are free to have the meetings anyways... just don't expect me to show to all of them wink

No doubt there will be things that interfere with the meetings, but we won't postpone them or wait for a better time because, more likely than not, there won't be a better time. Each week we can catch people up who missed the last meeting.

We will be having weekly meetings starting this weekend on Sunday.
Meetings will be EVERY Sunday.
If you can't make a meeting that is okay, but please post in the absences thread to let us know.
Meetings will be held in a chatango room. Make sure your java and flash script are updates previous to logging in.
The link will be posted shortly and will be permanently posted in the first post of our announcement thread.
Even if you have nothing to add to plot, please attend the meetings when your schedule allows you to. These meetings are not just about plot and are very important! You will almost certainly have an opinion on what we talk about so please try to attend.
There will be no definite amount and allowances will beg made, but multiple meetings missed (especially with no notice) will not be good.
Again, the meetings will be every Sunday. A precise time and link will be provided in the announcement thread when they are ready.
