Do you attend dev meats: I used to during summer, but I can't attend the JK ones since they happen while I'm at school. But I do try my best to attend Mav meets ^_^
Top 3 things that currently annoy you about zOMG!: Lag, the tutorial (Frank~ ; 3; ), and glitchy quests.
Reason why you play zOMG!: I love hanging out with my friends and the art everywhere is awesome! 3nodding
Your favorite zOMG! alchemy recipe: I don't do much of anything related to alchemy ^_^;;
Your favorite zOMG! recipe: Antique Diving Gear Water Trident
Any other mmo games you play: Nope. Well, I used to play a few, but my interests never really stuck with them long like zOMG! has.

Really disappointed that I finally come to the guild after a couple days of RL stuff and missing the first meet, and find someone already is leaking stuff sad Doesn't anyone know about secrecy?

Blah.

Anyhow, I was one of those people at 21-22 people who missed the first meet, but Silk invited me in. A lot of you likely know me as very opinionated and a little wild on things over on z!F, but I do have a serious and stable side when things get down to business.

Join date of zOMG! and gaia: Eh, no idea. I joined twice before for short times, but never stuck around.
Contributions made to gaia so far: I get the feeling my extended power-up discussion with Pan is what helped form this guild on some level. I have a lot of ideas for how good games can be made better, and while my Gaia contributions are minimal, I've played a major role in changing core mechanics of several games in the past.
Your Personal Expertise: Regular Forumer, Regular Player, like so many of us, bored and disgruntled slightly by "the fiasco" time, but hopeful for the future.
Do you go to school or work: Work.

What is your routine when you log into gaia: Varied. My job keeps me up at odd and changing hours, so I log on when I'm awake and active.
Do you attend dev meats: Recently been to a few, but usually not.
Top 3 things that currently annoy you about zOMG!: Lack of Challenge, Lack of Reward, Lack of Teamwork.
Reason why you play zOMG!: I like the potential behind it, rings were such a basic concept, letting you equip anything you want, and the whole dress up thing feels a lot like TF2 being a "hat simulator".
Your favorite zOMG! alchemy recipe: None. I hate alchemy's system and the constant high-value items they are trying to destroy from Gaia just for new fad items.
Your favorite zOMG! recipe: I feel as though zOMG recipes are undervalued, they are one shot things that can be ignored afterwards, and almost every one of them is cheaper to simply buy the final product instead of using it as a recipe.
Any other mmo games you play: I've played everything from Ragnarok Online, Ultima Online, Everquest, Dofus, Shattered Galaxy, Runequest, Diablo (1 + 2), to even oddball things, like Warcraft 3 Custom Maps that were rebuilt specifically as huge multiplayer MMOs. Currently I've begun playing Realm of the Mad God.

Do you go to school or work: Yes. (Right now just work, but more school is never a bad idea)
Your favorite rings: Mantis was my first one, so it has a special place in my build.
Your favorite powerups: Revives, though I try to save them for dire emergencies (KJ spawns and the like)

Do you attend dev meats: I try, but my work schedule usually prevents my attendance.
Top 3 things that currently annoy you about zOMG!: The lack of new content (thankfully that drought will abate soon), players who don't know what buffs are and/or how to rage them (i.e. the woefully terse tutorial), certain mini-events (a matter for another topic)
Reason why you play zOMG!: Passing time, getting some gold, helping people reach EB whenever possible, and any seasonal events that may happen.
Your favorite zOMG! alchemy recipe: I guess Orb Aggregate. The equippable items you can alchemize don't seem all that interesting.
Your favorite zOMG! recipe: Sinister Scarf
Any other mmo games you play: Was an avid MapleStory player until their anti-hacking software stopped getting along with my computer.

Pathfinding is actually great considering the alternatives in this site. /stuck was the best gift we could get. I wonder what is the nature of the bugs that would cause such annoyance.
As for the chat window, I don't particularly find it annoying. I miss being able to copy paste from any to any point though.

Now Clan Chat is the one that truthfully interests me. This thing has been broken for as long as I remember, and that's a serious issue when considered that clan chat is realistically the only benefit to being in a clan. It not working lifts the issue of clans having a point to them. It's important
That just means there were several enough attempts to fix it on top of other attempts to have it fixed. I still remember it working trough the Gaia Instant Messenger (may her rest in peace), which not just did it not work right, it also made clans very undesirable the way it pop up. I bet the system was re-done at least once and it still doesn't work other than on th every rare occasion.
Can I get some details on what exactly is keeping it from working? Some personal experience and thoughts on the thing? Any particular reason why is it infuriating - any fixes that should but didn't work?
