Peter ♠ White
the PRINCE
The woman lead the prince down the pristine hall passing many rooms. There were girls of all ages in most of them; the older girls gave the prince fearful looks because they knew that the only time he ever came to this place was when a new Diva was needed. They all knew the fate of the girl who was chosen as the Diva. That girl was never seen again because the dragon must've killed them. Peter kept his gaze straight ahead of him until the woman stopped. She led him into a large room where there were three girls waiting. They kept their gazes down and their expressions were solemn. Two of them appeared to be in their late teens while the third appeared to be a little younger.
"Girls, greet your prince," the woman said.
"How do you do Your Majesty," they all said in unision, quietly as they gave him a quick curtsy.
Peter smiled gently at them as he stood before them. He looked over them before walking to the young one.
"Sing my dear," Peter said gently.
The girl had brown messy curls and brilliant, clear green eyes. She looked up at Peter nervously, her eyes flickering to the other two girls. Peter stared at her, patiently waiting for her to sing. After another moment of silence, the girl opened her mouth and began to sing. They all remained silent as the girl's voice rang throughout the room. The song soon ended and the girl stared back down at the ground. Peter nodded before asking the other two to do the same.
All three girls sang when one of Peter's guards rushed into the room before a decision was made. He informed the prince of some matters that needed to be taken care of right away.
"It seems I am needed elsewhere. This will have to wait," Peter announced before turning and leaving the room.
As the prince left, the three girls were tremendously relieved of is departure. None of them would have to leave, yet at least.
