What the balls? Haku's going to make a character. Jeebus. Well, eventually, anyway. He needs more coffee first. Can't make a magical ninja who shoots laser beams out of his eyes without coffee. Plus he is incredibly indecisive, so it takes forever for him to settle on one choice. He's also a power-hungry megalomaniac, so he's constantly looking for something that will yield the most power. However, he's also an incredible slacker and is constantly looking for something that will yield the most benefit with the least amount of effort. Maybe he'll just find someone to RP with and eschew all thoughts of bringing chaos and doom upon the shinobi world.
