Mangekyou or Eternal: Eternal Ability: Hana's Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is a rather special case Since his original Mangekyou was transplanted and had taken on properties with its own with abilities to match. One noticeable feature of the original is that it was blue and black instead of the usual black and red. It also takes a more flower like form to represent his clan as well. Now his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan has changed and became almost completely blue and had very little black in it, along with gaining a more complex and rather different design. This Eternal is more focused around Clan based techniques, but it can preform all normal Sharingan techniques (such as Utakata) and a single Mangekyou technique (Amaterasu).
Bonuses: The user learns Non-ton jutsu 75% faster, along with being able to learn Bloodline/Clan jutsu 75% faster, and bloodline/clan jutsu costs 2 ranks less to use (this doesn't include the Eternal's jutsu). How to Unlock: Same as any other Eternal, you must implant another Mangekyou Sharingan and be of the Chiru clan.
Jutsu:
Kakushi burūmu (Hidden Bloom) (Acquired through Hana's normal Mangekyou, improved slightly) Rank: SS Chakra Cost: 100 Description: This is a technique that the user unlocks as soon as the Mangekyou Sharingan is activated for the first time. The users body seems to have become a more pinkish color, and when struck will disperse into petals to avoid damage to their body all together. Basically the user is invincible to physical and elemental jutsu attacks for a short amount of time. Drawbacks: While in this form the user cannot use any jutsu besides clan based jutsu. They also may only hold this form for 10 posts before having to revert to a sold form. There is a cool down limit of 20 posts before this jutsu may be used again.
Fukanzenka no susanō (Incomplete Flower Susanoo) Rank: S Chakra Cost: 50 Description: This is a technique that the user unlocks as soon as the Eternal Mangekyou is activated. This Susanoo produced from this particular Mangekyou is not a complete one and can never be completed. Instead a ribcage of Susanoo is generally produced (made from flower petals which are not the users) which, while providing a great defence, can still be broken through by a S-ranked melee jutsu ( such as Chidori or Rasengan). An arm made from more flowers is sometimes connected to this ribcage, which can then be used to interact with the surroundings and attack the opponent. Drawbacks: Hana no Susanoo may only be kept up for around 15 posts, considerably less than a natural sharingan users Susanoo which could be kept up for quite a while. After the 15 posts the user has a 20 post cool down in which they cannot use this jutsu again.

After that a large lightning based Clone of the Lightning Goddess Shina will appear in front of the caster. As soon as the opponent lays eyes on her they will be caught in a deadly genjutsu where Shina herself starts shocking them into a coma. This lightning does not hurt the user, but instead gives them a large power boost in their lightning element. It also gives them a shimmering chakra cloak that forms over them almost like a tailed beasts but instead is in the shape of a human. The user simply has to give it a message to carry and tell it who to give it to, then the Fox will rush off to where ever the person is in the world and deliver the message. Allows the user to transform their body or parts of their body, and anything else on their body (Except for other people), into flower petals for short spans of time. The petals however are covered with razor chakra edges.
Time Limits: Genin can hold the form for 10 seconds. Chunin can hold the form for 20 seconds. Jonin can hold the form for 40 seconds. High Jonin can hold the form for one minute. Sanin can hold the form for a minute and a half. Kage can hold the form for two and a half minutes.
For every ten seconds held the user must wait thirty seconds before using chakra again.
These rules excluded Kaika Manako, however the user must rest for five minutes and may not use chakra for two minutes after the five. Then cannot use Kaika Manako for rest of the day.
Because of these rules, users must constantly be aware of time and always calculating.

This sword is infact a large buster sword that allows the user to defend themselves better. By focusing Raiton chakra into the blade and slashing at the enemy the user can launch cresent shaped waves of electricity at their opponent (Each wave costs a D-rank jutsu). But other than the waves the blade can be used to cut through most objects (with raiton chakra) including steel with some difficulty (takes two posts to cut through steel). Seeing as the blade is wide it can also be used for defencive purposes such as if the user stabbs the blade down infront of them and extends the raiton chakra they can form a small sheild that can protect them from up to 2 D-rank attacks or 1 C-ranked attack (if the attack is a Fuuton technique then only 1 D-rank attack can be blocked).
xxxxxxBackground History|| Hana mainly grew up inside of Iwagakure on the streets. Hana used to love to spar with random street kids even though he lost most of the time. When his close friends were killed during a war Hana turned into a quiet person who always got his academy work done and worked hard in class. Now a days Hana is seen just blankly staring up into the sky as if he was waiting for something spectacular to happen.
After many years Hana has changed and now is interested in joining the Akatsuki seeing as he has been searching for a purpose in life since his academy days for quite a long time....
Hana successfully joined the Akatsuki after a while and was paired with Sona Sontei, he learned alot from her and actually became very close friends with her. The two were almost inseparable, but eventually they both had to part ways as they grew older.
Hana eventually had it with the Akatsuki and escaped from them heading off on his own accord to learn more jutsu and become much much stronger, Sona had done the same thing as well. Now Hana lives a somewhat peaceful life teaching loads of Genjutsu and lightning students in the Cloud village, along with inventing new never before seen jutsu. but now he has taken a more laid-back attitude so he will be interested to see how his students take this.
Now upon the cloud village being destroyed, and himself losing a battle with the current Hokage, Kazuma, Hana has moved onwards to find a new place to call home. On his way Hana stopped by the Grass village which is ran by his clan sister Aki Chiru.

Alicia grew up in the rain village pretty much her whole life. she was raised by her grandfather mainly and when he passed away when she was 12, she sold his place and bought her own. she currently is 15 years old and is attending the Academy to become a Medical shinobi. Although Alicia is rather shy she is determined to get along with her team mates once she is assigned a squad.
Although being assigned a squad and trained rather hard, Alicia (Now going by Lacie) decided to leave the village after learning the Akatsuki were leading it. She now wants to see the world, but also wants to warn the Biju hosts about Amegakure.
After traveling around and training for five years Lacie has become very strong and is now deciding to go into some villages to see how they are doing.

One noticeable feature is that his Sharingan is blue and black instead of the usual black and red. It also takes a more flower like form to represent his clan.
Bonuses: The user learns Non-ton jutsu 50% faster (cut # of posts to learn in half) along with being able to learn Bloodline/Clan jutsu 50% faster (cut # of posts to learn in half), and bloodline/clan jutsu costs 1 rank less. This Mangekyou may also learn 1 regular Mangekyou technique (Ether Tsukuyomi or Ameturasu).
How to Unlock: Must have a transplanted sharingan and belong to the Chiru clan. Must gain the transplant at Chuunin rank and have experienced leaving your village or a traumatic event.

Kakushi burūmu (Hidden Bloom) Rank: SS Chakra Cost: 100 Description: This is a technique that the user unlocks as soon as the eye is activated for the first time. The users body seems to have become a more pinkish color, and when struck will disperse into petals to avoid damage to their body all together. Basically the user is invincible to physical and elemental jutsu attacks for a short amount of time. Drawbacks: While in this form the user cannot use any jutsu besides clan based jutsu. They also may only hold this form for 5 posts before having to revert to a sold form. There is a cool down limit of 13 posts before this jutsu may be used again.

Mangekyou or Eternal: Eternal Ability: Hana's Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan is a rather special case Since his original Mangekyou was transplanted and had taken on properties with its own with abilities to match. One noticeable feature of the original is that it was blue and black instead of the usual black and red. It also takes a more flower like form to represent his clan as well. Now his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan has changed and became almost completely blue and had very little black in it, along with gaining a more complex and rather different design. This Eternal is more focused around Clan based techniques, but it can preform all normal Sharingan techniques (such as Utakata) and a single Mangekyou technique (Amaterasu).
Bonuses: The user learns Non-ton jutsu 75% faster, along with being able to learn Bloodline/Clan jutsu 75% faster, and bloodline/clan jutsu costs 2 ranks less to use (this doesn't include the Eternal's jutsu). Fukanzenka no susanō (Incomplete Flower Susanoo) Rank: S Chakra Cost: 50 Description: This is a technique that the user unlocks as soon as the Eternal Mangekyou is activated. This Susanoo produced from this particular Mangekyou is not a complete one and can never be completed. Instead a ribcage of Susanoo is generally produced (made from flower petals which are not the users) which, while providing a great defence, can still be broken through by a S-ranked melee jutsu ( such as Chidori or Rasengan). An arm made from more flowers is sometimes connected to this ribcage, which can then be used to interact with the surroundings and attack the opponent. Drawbacks: Hana no Susanoo may only be kept up for around 15 posts, considerably less than a natural sharingan users Susanoo which could be kept up for quite a while. After the 15 posts the user has a 20 post cool down in which they cannot use this jutsu again.
