Appearance: She's the same height as Maka with an above average sized chest, black hair (with a red stripe on the left and right side on the front of her hair), tan-white skin, always black nails, stitches on her arms, legs, a small one on her face, and unforgettable dark brown-red eyes. She's seen usually wearing knee high converse all stars, black and white striped stockings that reach her upper thighs, a short black skirt (resembling a witch's), a red and black studded belt, a red and black tie (with a couple chains), a studded black belt with a few chains and a skull buckle, a black shirt (This style, but with a different color and print and closer to the neck then the arms) with a flaming skull that says "I'm gonna know you down", a fishnet shirt underneath it (reaches a bit past the shirt over it), biker gloves, 2 ear studs and two small hoops on her ear, a studded bracelet on her right hand, a skull bracelet and several small beaded bracelets on her left.

Appearance (Weapon): A scythe with a handle with straight bones then at the top there are 7 medium sized skulls kept on by to claw bone hands, there's one in the middle that is red and has fangs on it, which talks when keiko does and displays her emotions.

Background: Keiko is the daughter of Franken Stein. Well, Not exactly. She and her sister are his own experiments (creations, if you will). She grew up around the lab until running away with her sister. While the two stayed together living on their own in death city, Keiko took it upon herself to learn a single instrument and a certain subject every year in order to increase her knowledge. While living on their own she and her sister were widely known as dangerous trouble makers who would give a mischevious witch a run for her money. They were brought to DWMA after Spirit Albarn caught them stealing from another shop, where Shinigami-sama kindly allowed them to stay. Keiko and Meiko were partnered with Holt Hyde until his supposed "death", and now partner with eachother, somtimes getting a temporary meister at the request of lord Shinigami. Keiko find Shinigami as a fatherly figure she looks up to and hates her own father with a passion, wanting to become a death scythe to prove that she doesn't need him at all to survive.

Abilities:
Back-lash slash: The ability to bounce back negative attacks and launch them back at the opponent, though it wears her out a bit.
Spirit Gun: Keiko can simply point her hand out at someone like a gun and when she says the words "Spirit gun" her pointer finger lets out a large blast of energy, pretty much her tightening her soul wavelength into a single blast of strong energy, but at the cost of her own, which is why she uses it as one of her last resorts. (It looks like this , its the same as yusuke's in Yuyu Hakusho)
Heaven's hypnosis: When playing a musical instrument she can use her soul wavelength to hypnotize her opponents, but it requires a lot of focus.
Skull Lighters- with a flick of her wrist, kieko creates strange flaming skulls. Each colored skull representing something different (i.e: red is fire, blue is water, white is ice, purple is poison, etc.)
Hell's harpsichord- a keyboard pattern appears on her arm, and through it she controls an army of puppets that come from her sketchbook, basically turning her drawings into 3 dimensional walking puppets.

Personality: She's a tough but caring girl who's protective of her sister and her friends. Her hate for her father is inevitable however the similarities between them are very noticeable, but if anyone tells her that she gets pissed quick. She's very smart, coming across as lazy and troublesome, though her grades are exceedingly high, especially in subjects like science, math, and history. She has asthma and anemia so she can lose strength at the random-est of times, and keeps her epilepsy a secret, thinking her dad gave her these diseases on purpose, and always tries to look her best in front of kid, almost never being mean to him (although she's tough on everyone else)

Hobbies/Skills: She's a frequent musician and enjoys practicing with her vast collection of weapons. She has a habbit of running off or doing dumb stuff that worries her friends, and her sixth sense has always been really strong. She's a talented artist who is usually doodling in her note book , and even sometimes drawing on her walls. She learned how to work with machines from her dad and like to tinker with them.

Appearance: She's the same height as her sister (same large boobs too), white hair with a blue tint and kept in a pony tail(It looks like this but more white, not that blue), sparkley pink eyes, white-tan skin, a black and white striped shirt (It looks like the pic but its a bit more loose and it passes her fingers by about 3 inches), a black spaghetti strap shirt (shows the straps and a little top of the shirt under the striped one), a short white skirt with a thin pink stripe and blue stripe at the bottom (this style and length (without the belt pieces) but different pattern. ), white stockings that reach 4 inches above her knees, a white choker, and pink hightops

She used to have a crush on soul but then started liking Justin Law, now getting very shy when she talks to him.

Abilities:
Candy Killers: Meiko can throw a few small orbs into the air and turn into these candy monsters that she controls
Bubble Pop: She can blow a large bubble and detach herself from it while it expands to the point where it'll explode, trapping her opponents in a sticky mess.
Electric bubbles: Blowing from a bubble wand she keeps in her sleeves (Along with everything else in there) she can create electric pulsing bubbles that pop and electrocute her opponent when it comes in contact with them

Mirror Block: A defense mode where she uses her blade to bounce back negative and light attacks, and takes only a small amount of damage
Malicious Meiko: Keiko also has this ability. When in a dangerous or live threatening situation, or a traumatic one, Meiko's hair turns black and red, her eyes turning red and her usually sweet and bubbly self changing into a violent and angry person with no sense of mercy or control, but becomes exauhsted afterwards when she returns to normal.

Personality: Meiko is a lovable and sweet girl with a lost of intelligence and a surprising amount of strength. She's a bit of a klutz and can be a little annoying but her will to protect the ones she cares about is really strong. She refuses to believe Justin's betrayal and gets upset when people bad mouth him or her sister. She has asthma and epistaxis (a disease that causes really bad bloody noses), and has a hard time remembering her limits, just like she continues to forget that when she hugs Soul he gets nosebleeds because of the size of her chest.

Hobbies/Skills: She's an incredible dancer (mainly ballet) and gymnast, but usually doesn't like people watching her though she uses her gymnastics often during battle, proving agile and fast. She's a pretty talented singer and musician, also not usually preforming in front of people, though people who stumble upon her (in other words thats one of the most likely ways you'll see her playing and instrument or dancing) tell her she's very good. She's a talented artist who is usually doodling in her note book , and even sometimes drawing on her walls. She and her sister learned how to work with machines from her dad and like to tinker with them, but she sometimes (if not often) has them explode in her face.
