Cecily was born in Konohagakure. From ages one to six she lived there with her family and her brother, Kage, until her father was killed in battle. Her mother went to go live with her family in Kirigakure and was never heard from in Konohagakure ever since. Before she left, her brother-in-law gave her a scroll of Uchiha techniques to give to both Kage and Cecily. During the first two years in Kiri, the brothers had to keep his last name a secret because of the initial thought when someone heard Uchiha. When she was ten she was sent to the academy, for six years he stayed there and learned. She is now a Genin in Kirigakure.
