 2 Master Bedroom, 2 Guest Bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom on the main level, and a full bathroom on the second level, full kitchen, large living room, gaming room, 3 decks, large in ground pool, and a sauna.

Rule..
All rules apply here.
● NO cybering in my house.
● Shoes must be left at the door when entering.
● No messing up the rooms.
● No stealing or getting into the alcohol with permission
● Smoking must be done outside *ahem Saph*
● Oh and no snooping in places you shouldn't be snooping
● AND finally flush the freakin toilets

Gaming Room HUGE open area entertainment room located on the main floor. This is where the magic happens. One of the most used rooms in the house.
Floors are marble tile with big area rugs scattered here and there. Leather sofas situated around a modern coffee table. a 62 inch flat screen TV that is hooked up to a bad a** surround system, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and of coarse the Wii. A big salt water aquarium that takes out a corner near the windows. Large bar that is always stock for parties and gatherings, and of course there is a fridge that is always stock with soda pop and stuff. Nice ceiling fans to keep everything cool. Large windows and the french doors leading out to the backyard/pool area.

Den This is the den that is also located on the main floor.
Nice spacious den that has vibrant painted walls, white tiled floors, large glass windows that looks out in the back yard. Most of the furniture here is bamboo or wicker painted white or natural color. This is where I spend my time doing my homework or chilling out with a book.

Living Room/Outside deck. Our living room that is located on the second floor. My favorite room just because it has the beautiful scenic view of the ocean.
Living room has hardwood floors, tallest ceiling in the house, Large windows and a sliding door that goes out onto the wrap a around deck. Two leather sofas that L shaped, white shag area rug between the sofas, a nice bench against the wall for reading, or looking at the view, and simple white tables and lamps scattered all over.
Outside on the deck has nice glass railings, lounge chairs, and a table/chair set for you to sit outside and enjoy your meal. Beautiful scenic view of the ocean and beach.
