you go to walmart and buy these kits they are fresh meat veggies and seasoning it has directions you put them in the crock pot and leave it though leave it for an hour longer than it says. its great easy meal to fix it real fast and leave it for the day! they got pot roast, beef stew and many other kinds to smile enjoy!!! i'm eating it now!!
