The person in question would have to know at least five kidou above the regulation kidou that are granted to everyone. They would also need to be approved by the crew to become a kidou trainer. From this point they'd be able to train anyone in kidou that they knew themselves. To be honest, I'm not sure if you would be approved with your current character merely because you are coming back after an extended hiatus. (In this regard I'm also unsure if you'd be able to have the character at all... I haven't been keeping up with all that stuff so yeah).

Uh no... I wouldn't want Buru to train anyone how to use Kido mainly because it is NOT in his personality to do so.
Not to brag or anything but...
Back when Daven was in charge I was placed as 5th Squad Captain, then placed as the leader of the Arrancar/Espada/Hollows. I'd like to think that my resume could speak for itself.
However, Buru's current profile has been heavily edited. If possible I'd like to request a few Captains of Soul Society to hunt him down and help me "restart" his character.
I wouldn't mind rebuilding his story.
