Maybe you should make an announcement telling people about the chatterbox, bump threads, and pic posts. Those are all easy want to get the posts people need to stay active without having to RP or talk JUST about Silent Hill...and I'm thinking that maybe people are having a hard time finding their way around. For a guild, we DO have a lot of forums and some of the new members might not know where to start and feel silly asking. Just a thought, could be that everyone is lazy. XP Worth a try tho, I'd say.

But if they aren't willing to cooperate, what am I to do? Just let them stay inactive in the guild? That would only encourage more inactivity by the captain not being truthful on his words.
