The Locker Ship: Lilly's ship is a standard Marine ship commanded by Admiral Lilly Lohengrin. It is capable of holding a standard Marine battalion of about 50 soldiers. What makes this ship different from other is that, it consist of over 100 canons, which no other ship can handle. This ship alone can easily take down three pirate ships, taking only minimal damage. That is why this ship is the only capable enough to handle Admiral Lilly. Flag: It is the standard Marine Flag that all Marine Officers fly. Devil Fruit: Bubble-Bubble Fruit
Devil Fruit Power: The Awa Awa no Mi is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to emit and control soap and bubbles that can not only clean off dirt but can also "clean off" power. It was given by Spandam to Kalifa who ate it. This ability is not to be confused with a Logia power, as the user cannot turn herself into soap and bubbles.
The fruit's bestowed powers, as used by Kalifa, have been used mostly to aid her in combat. She mostly uses the fruit's powers to give her an edge in battle. While she is a capable assassin by herself, by using the fruit's powers, she can weaken opponents that would otherwise be too physically powerful for her to handle. Aside from this, Kalifa has also used the fruit's power over soap particles to shield herself from being electrocuted.

- Golden Awa (ゴールデン泡, Golden Bubble): Uses powers to coat an opponent with bubbles, draining strength and leaving skin shiny and smooth. According to Kalifa, the reason that it alters a person's appearance so much is because it also smooths out their body's curves.

- Hitsuji Gumo Relax Awa (羊雲リラックス泡, Sheep Cloud Relax Bubble): After concentrating all the foam in the room with "Bubble Master: Soap Sheep", launches it against the enemy to "clean" strength. When they hit your opponent, given the name of the attack, they seem to relax their body so much they are rendered immobile. Because of the amount of bubbles shot it is near impossible to dodge all of them. It also appears to be a pun on "relax hour".

- Hitsuji Gumo Tidal Wave (羊雲大津波 （タイダル・ウェイブ）, Sheep Cloud Tidal Wave): Similar to "Hitsuji Gumo Relax Awa", but this time you send all the foam in form of a enormous tidal wave to increase the precision of the blow.

Although you can cut anything with this technique up the hardness of steel.

- San-Jū-Roku Pound Hō (三十六煩悩(ポンド)鳳, Phoenix of the 36 Earthly Desires (Kanji) 36 Pound Phoenix/Cannon (Furigana)): This attack uses the air itself to slash the target from a distance. To initiate it, you first holds one of your swords horizontally above the shoulder of your sword arm, and then performs a circular swing that launches the air compressed projectile spiralling towards the target.

- Hiryū Kaen (飛竜火焔, Flying Dragon Blaze): Using one sword wielded in your left hand with your right hand gripping your left wrist for support (or vice-versa), jumps high up into the air and slashes opponent. After slashing them, your opponent then bursts into flames from where they were slashed.

Background Information
Lilly is a unknown force within the navy's ranks. Never speaking of her past, Lilly secures a air of mystery around her. Showing up to join the navy five years ago with a devil fruit already in her body. Lilly showed great skill in combat making her superiors wonder who this female really was. However no information could be found on Lilly, not even any legal files but because her skills were great the navy turned the other cheek. No family, nothing. It appeared as if she had lost everything and with no where to go Lilly was granted entrances into the navy. Working her way to the top Lilly is now the admiral of the black water faction which she leads with grace and power.

Flintlock Finger: Turns the index finger into a barrel and the thumb into a primer.
Pump-Action Punch: Turns the two center knuckles into shotgun barrels to increase the power of a normal punch tenfold.
Automatic Round House: Turns an entire leg into an automatic rifle as they perform a round house kick. Making for an effective spread.
Double Barrel Boots: The legs from the knees down turn into shotguns allowing for a jump boost or a dangerous kick.

Background Information
Zarud was born a Marine, or so his father says. He never took it very seriously even when he was signed up to the Navy. During training he always slacked off during combat practise and was frequently made an example of. It wasn't that he couldn't fight, it's that he never really took to close combat. However one of his instructors saw this and set him up as a marksmen which, to many peoples suprise, he was very good at. After graduating from the training camp Zarud was sent, as a recruit, to Saboady Marine Base.
Since then he has been assigned to the Black Water Faction under Admiral Lilly Lohengrin. Things are sometimes difficult for Zarud since he has a crush on her and tries his best to keep to the book, which states that relationships with an officer are ill advised.

Background Information
Dev had always been a troublemaker in his early youth. He would always see, to end up in street fights and back alley brawls. Dev ended up building himself a pretty decent reputation and eventually started to fight for money. People were amazed at how quickly someone of his size could move around. Surprisingly, he wasn't able to deal heavy blows like other brawlers, but it was difficult to hit him, allowing him to easily win the fights he had. After working up a good amount of money, Dev ended up becoming a target for pirates. After a dangerous run-in with some pirates, the Navy came to his rescue. Dev had been left with nothing. He himself wasn't injured, but the pirates had taken everything he had. The Navy planned on leaving him, hoping that this would teach him a lesson about the path he had taken with his life. Dev snuck aboard their ship and made his way back to the Navy HQ. It was there that he ended up making his way into the Navy as a recruit. What else would Dev do? He just wanted a way to make a living, nothing more.

Background Information
Nero never knew his parents, but he had a feeling that they were good people. He was raised in a church because his mother had died giving birth to him, and his father wasn't around. During his early childhood, they tried to force him to be a Monk, but Nero resisted and eventually they gave up. Nero received his first at age ten and was fascinated by it. Since then he was searching for knowledge of how to become a better swordsman. His pursuit lead him to the Marines.
