I want one and the day i decide to buy one i see that price has shot from 600k to 2m sad

Its just one sell trying to be an a*****e and get a lot more that its worth, so just offer them like 600k-700k and sweet talk them and be nice and stern. Ex: Hey i noticed that the atr is worth way more than the average price care to haggle?
