The Saints of V'enir: Residing in the South West Quarter of the city, the 'Saints' are a hardcore gang that rules the underworld of this city. There used to be several other gangs, but the Saints declared a war on their rivals and succesfully sabatoged and annhialted them one by one. V'enir's version of the mob, they control the black market.

Definitions on Rank

Boss - He runs the show and takes hefty profits from Racketts. Doesn't answer to anyone but himself.

Consigliere - The "family's" advisor and tactic co-ordiantor. It is not uncommon for familes to have the Boss as the Consigliere.

Underboss - Answers to the Boss and get's his position if he is killed. The underboss is also the 'acting' boss should the head honcho get jailed. An Underboss is usually chosen out of the Capo's that bring in the most dough and the less 'heat'.

Capos - Answers to the Boss or Underboss. The leaders of racketteering. They command a crew to carry out certain 'jobs'. The Capo's are seated at a comfortable level, not everyone wants to take them down (Police) or out (rivals) and they make a decent living on their exploits.

Made - Answers to Capo, Underboss, Boss. You are now made and are considered "one of the family". Your hands get a little cleaner from petty jobs and you can now take a cut of a rackett that you're involved in.

Prospects - Answers to Made, Capo, Underboss, Boss. Prospects are usually the ones 'recommended' by Made members. They are the ones that are involved in High Risk jobs (body detail), if they can manage them and not attempt to turn on the family, and have potential to support the family.
