Got my first try at crash cymbols in my school advance band. After about 12 hours, my upper arms started hurting, haha.

Anyone have any techniques on crash cymbols? Love you all. =]

Go to a percussion teacher. No, seriously. Anything I tell you here is only going to be vague and you won't hear or see how the techniques work properly. A good teacher will set you on the right course.

agreed. plus, there's lots of different things for different parts.
