BTF

In the year 2020, the world, on the verge of economical and political collapse, now has to deal with the threat of Bio-terrorism. Once great nations, like Great Britain and the United States, are now bankrupt, trying to quell rebel groups within their own countries. But now, they have to deal with the fact that these people might use Bio-Weapons as a means to overthrow government.

In this fear, the UN has decided to form a secret black ops group, the Bio-Terrorism Task Force, to combat the use of said weapons, unbeknownst to the rebels and tyrants who would wish to use them.

They consist of almost any country willing to provide aid, including:

USA

Britain

Australia

Germany

France

Mexico

Brazil

Russia

(And others)

Rebel Groups

Tired of the same greedy politicians destroying their countries, several Rebel groups are formed, ready to combat the governments in which they had lost faith in. Although not cruel by nature, these people are willing and able to do anything to achieve their goals.

There are three main, well organized and armed rebel groups in the world:

American Liberation Front (ALF)

British Freedom Fighters (BFF)

Русское Освободительное Движение (Russian Liberation Movement [RLM])

Terrorist/Bio-Dealers

Terrorists are similar to Rebels. Both are willing to use Bio-Weapons as a mean to achieve goals, but they are very different. Terrorist cells want to use these weapons and any other means to cause death and destruction. Therefore, there could be some similar ground between Terror cells and Rebel Groups, but generally there is none. Terrorists wouldn't blink in the decision to use weapons against Rebel groups too.

Terrorist's can come from any country.

Bio-Dealers simply are the suppliers. They sell Bio-Weapons to the highest bidder, not caring if millions die because of it. Ruthless and dangerous, Dealers are often sought out by BTF forces, as they are the root of the Bio-Weapons threat.

Usually wealthy and have many forces at their disposal. Not surprisingly, most Dealers have very formidable armies.

Can be from any country.

Personality: Alexis is mostly a calm person. Self-centered and really intelligent, she was born in 1988 daughter of two scientists, the both worked in bionuclear weapons project, both were killed by biodealers. Have married a biodealer when she was 26 and she, also a scientist, started to work with him. When he dies, back in 2017, she infiltrates into BTF, sending classified information to others biodealers. Into BTF she responds for Maisha Bujko. She smokes a lot and drinks socially, also loves swedish chocolates.
Appearance: Uses expensive and elegant clothes when she's not in the lab, but mostly wear coats for work. A soft blond hair that reaches her waist, but is always up in a bun. Blue eyes and hardly ever uses any make up but the dark red lipstick.
