The End Of Victory, RoadThe Rival BattleYou fought through the multitudes of trainers and found your way through the twisted caverns of Victory Road. Now there is a glimmer of light in the distance. A wave of accomplishment rushes over you as you start your final sprint to reach the four toughest trainers in this region.
...
The brightness of the exit intensifies as you get closer and closer.
...
The outside is now clearly visible thru the exit.
...
You are just steps from the fresh air when suddenly something crashes into you, and knocks you to the ground.
...
You stand up, dusting yourself off and spitting dirt out of your mouth. Looking towards the exit you find a man with a red Afro blocking it. This man stares back at you and raises his eyebrows as if to say "What!?" He then glances away from you and start to open you mouth, but he quickly interrupts you
stating, "You won't be going any further."
Your face shows that you are puzzled and you reach for your badges. The guy blocking the exit scoffs at you.
"What?!" you exclaim.
The man snickers and shakes his head.
"Badges mean nothing to me. I, Cas, wait here, at the end of Victory Road for a trainer who could possibly Rival my skills."
His eyes briefly scan you from head to toe before he continues,
"Judging by your looks, I truly doubt that you can. You might as well just head back."
You scowl at him as he undermines your skill, and you pull out a pokeball. Cas sighs and places his hands into his pockets.
"You should really just spear yourself the embarrassment, and leave."
You shake your head at his ignorance and throw the pokeball from you hand, releasing your pokemon. Cas sighs once again, as he pulls his hands back out of his pockets with pokeballs in them.
"If that's the way you want it then... so be it!! "
He releases his first pokemon and the battle begins ...

Rules
ZERO Tolerance for Hacked Pokemon!!
Battles will be held at Level 100 Singles with Wonder Launcher.
Sleep Clause is ON.
When this clause is on, no more
than 1 Pokemon can be asleep on either
team. Self induced sleep does not count in this restriction.
Self-KO Clause is ON.
When this clause is on, you
cannot KO yourself when both players
have only a single Pokemon left. Doing so results in a loss.
Evasion Clause is ON.
Moves such as Double Team and Minimize are banned. Accuracy lowering moves such as Flash and Sand Attack are allowed.
OHKO Clause is ON.
When this clause is on, you
cannot use moves that OHKO
(Sheer Cold, Horn Drill, etc) Doing so will result in a loss.
Species Clause is ON.
When this clause is on,
you cannot have multiple Pokemon of the same species or evolution line. This does not apply to branching evolution lines, like Eevee.
Item Clause is ON.
When this clause is on, you
cannot have more than one
of the same item.
Luck Clause is OFF.
When this clause is on, you cannot
use items that increase flinching, moving
first, critical hits, or lower accuracy.
(Quick Claw, Bright Powder,
Razor Claw, etc)
