Even if it is a Plus 1 effect, if you have not yet earned a Release State, such as Bankai or Second Reserreccion, then you do not have a Plus 1, or any for that matter in that field what so ever and you must still earn the rank in which it allows you to call upon that ability in order to use it.

Shinigami Abilities

~Senkaimon~
(穿界門, World Penetration Gate) is the dimensional gateway which Shinigami use to enter and leave Soul Society by unlocking it. When guided by a Jigokuchō, the Senkaimon takes the form of a waiting room entered through a sliding door. Humans can also use such a gate through the use of Reishihenkanki (霊子変換機, Spirit Exchangers), which convert solid matter into spirit particles.
The Tenkai Kecchu (転界結柱, World-Shifting Binding-Posts) is a variant on this gate by using four linked points to create one spiritual unit of area radius that swaps something that it encircles with something else in Soul Society.
Furikkā (Flicker step): This technique was created by soldiers and officers after seeing how lieutenants and captains had a technique that allows them to move faster than the eye can follow, after studying Shunpo the soldiers and officers came up with this technique similar to Shunpo but different from it as well. Similar to Shunpo, a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. This technique requires a very high level of training, thus a most difficult one to obtain. One, who is of a high soldier ranking, must be able to possess Furikkā. Furthermore, not like Shunpo this technique is only for short-range but none the less it is a speed known to be the exceeding ability than dashing. For soldiers it is nearly mastered, yet not perfect. Therefore, a soldier can only move 1-3 feet with this step. For officers Furikkā is fully perfected and move 1-6 feet with this step. Once lieutenant rank they loose this ability and gain Shunpo.

Zanpakuto Size: 55cm in length, 3cm wide. 1cm thick.
Zanpakuto Guard: Picture. Seems to centre around the blade, almost looking as a Cobra's head.
Zanpakuto Sealed (Sword) Form: Picture. The hilt seems to be as if it was hand-carved as a Snake's head. The hilt itself seems to be made out of some bone material, almost to loko as if it was a ' fang '.
The sheath however, is black in colour. With white Kanji's starting at the bottom of the sheath, and working their way up. These Kanji's can also be matched to the one seated above her eye; which is the symbol for ' chains '.
Zanpakuto Type: Explosive Electrical Energy.

Spirit’s Biography: After watching the people of all Dimensions from his shackled cage, Nyuusho began to loose confidence in himself. He believed that he would never escape. Until one girl saw how. She was the one to break his chains, to unshackle him, to free him from his cage. To let him spread his wings, and take away the blindfold of encasement to reveal the freedom of sight.

Shikai Form: Main picture.
After calling the incantation for her release, Tojikome would raise her Zanpakuto into the air, holding it at both ends. It would then begin to glow a dark crimson, with a white outline. Oddly, the Zanpakuto's blade would not hurt Tojikome, and she would then split it into two. Holding each end in both hands, the glowing would then continue to grow, to form two jagged daggers.
Shikai Size: Dual Daggers, 35cm long, 5cm wide. 2cm thick.
Shikai Release Phrase: Unshackle yourself, Nyuusho.
Shikai Ability: Ability ?
Shikai Attack One: Bakuretsu Hebi Boruto ; Exploding Serpent Bolt ; Toji can channel her Reiatsu into both her Zanpakuto, then swing them up into the air, channeling the oncoming Reiatsu. This will shoot out a short, but extensive bolt of Reiatsu, which will grow quite quickly to resemble a slithering snake. This power can be used in a variety of ways, mainly in the more offensive way of shooting the bolt out toward her opponent. However, with the bolt filled with Reiatsu, it would gather a mind of it's own, slithering and sneaking at the opponent - like a snake.
Shikai Attack Two: Hebi Shouyou ; Serpents Walk ; This allows Tojikome to sneak around at speeds that match up to the skill of Shunpo. Unfortunately this can tire out Tojikome quite easily.
Shikai Attack Three: Dokubutsu Kouzetsu ; Poisonous Tongue ; This technique sounds as if it would poison someone; but it doesn't. This technique uses the Exploding Serpent Bolt from before, but on a lighter scale. Rubbing the two daggers together would create a spark of electrical energy, and subsequently make a flash of light. Blinding both Tojikome and he opponent for a mere second or two.
Shikai Attack Four: Hebisukin Hokyou ; Snakeskin Reinforcement ; This technique uses Tojikome's Reiatsu to an extent. She can temporarily reinforce herself by creating a translucent layer of hardened Reiatsu over her self, which seems to shine with some sort of scaley-effect. Though, this technique isn't all-too efficient. Due to being made of Reiatsu, a Reiatsu-based blade could easily penetrate it.

Bankai

Bankai Name: Nyuusho Oni No Tsubasa ; ' The Winged Serpent Demon '.
Bankai Form: Bankai.
After gaining the Bankai form, Tojikome's robings would've changed slightly. She would now have gained sleek, creaseless robes. Her armour and padding would still be there, but the padding would become somewhat scaley, and shiney.
Bankai Size: 150cm long, 40cm wide. 2cm thick.
Bankai Release Phrase: Spread your wings, take away your blindfold. See what freedom has in store for you ! Nyuusho Tsubasa Oni !

Bankai Attack One: Bakuretsu Hebi Boruto Kyodai ; Huge Exploding Serpent Bolt ; Same as the last, like the on in Shikai, but extremely more volatile, explosive and excells in size. This means that it would explode over a larger area, and would extensively hit harder then it's weaker prequel. However, due to this being a larger version of the Exploding Serpent Bolt, and being made of Reiatsu, it would mean that Tojikome could control, when the bolt could detonate. She would do this by suddenly pulling her Reiatsu back form the bolt, leaving all control of the bolt. Although, this means that the bolt would no longer be as powerful.
Bankai Attack Two:Hebi Ke-jin ; Serpents Cage ; This allows the Kunai at the edge of the Scythe to multiple constantly, making it so the Scythe has many tails. Tojikome can then spin the Scythe in mid-air, in which then the ' tails ' would break off, and zoom toward the opponent. The ends of the chains would stick together, while the Kunai pierce the ground around the opponent. Trying to encase them in a ' cage '. The chains would then harden to become somewhat scaley, but could be broken using a sudden and strong burst of Reiatsu.

Biography

Tojikome was born in the Human world. Her life wasn't so... Fortuitous. Her father was always abusing alchohol, and then abusing her mother. And then they both blamed it on her. It wasn't long after she ran away, and ended up in foster care. Even then, she didn't do well at school. But, to her, it always felt as if something was watching over her. And then it hit her. Literally. One day, she went back to her parents house. Only to find her mother; dead. And her father standing over her, with a gun in his hand. To avoid anyone finding evidence, Toji had to go. And she did.
Moving into the Spirit World, Tojikome ended up in the 72th district. One of the roughest, toughest, meanest districts there were. But, she got along there. She made friends. Even if it wasn't to last. With it being the 72th district, most of them... Passed on. But not Toji. She had to stay strong, to stand her own. Not just for herself, but for her friends.
After getting into a rough and tumble with an opposing rebel, a Soul Reaper must've passed by, and seen her potential in fighting. They knew that she had the potential to become a Soul Reaper. And she did.
Upon entering the Academy, Tojikome soared through her exams. Excelling in this like swordplay and strategic compositions. Her skills inHadou and Bakudou weren't so succesful. Nevertheless; she passed.
