The graphic novels written by Ken Akamitsu about a young man named Keitaro that becomes a landlord of a ladies-only hotel called Hinata House. Most of the residents there, on exception of Shinobu Maehara, think that Keitaro is a heartless pervert.
Keitaro just ends up being in the wrong place over half the time and Shinobu knows it. She defends Keitaro, just like in this first episode.
Dream episode 1
Keitaro was feeling exceptionally sad, although he had graduated finally from that high school he went to and was now in Tokyo University. All of the ladies at "home" were being extra mean to him, thus lowering his self-esteem to below what Shinobu's was when Keitaro first arrived.
This got Shinobu angry and she told the other girls to "back off or they'll be sorry. After all, Keitaro has the right to send you ladies onto the streets if you don't wise up around here. So, its respect Senpai or get the hell out of Hinata House."
Shinobu arranged a nice party for Keitaro. The one he should have had upon arriving. It was one of the most interesting parties.
Near the end of the episode, Keitaro and Shinobu went on a quiet walk through the snow and gazed at the wonderous sights. They came to a warmer area after about 2 hours of walking together where they saw that they were on the side of a cliff wandering along its trails towards the bottom of it.
A drunk Iori had captured Shinobu and then Keitaro himself got captured. We await to see if they get rescued or not.
