Hi this is my sonnet:
Heart Strings
I wrote this poem with a paper and pen,
A string of ribbon written on a sheet.
A paper window heart shape to open,
I feel this unexplainable heartbeat.
A love poem written on colored paper,
And uncertain feelings at the same time.
A heart string feeling want to be whispered,
Though it is still unknown for the meantime.
Heart of mine is pounding like beating drums.
Ba-dump ba-dump it goes, calm down will you?
Footsteps are heard, a tune being hum.
Oh goodness does he even have a clue?
It maybe a heart string feeling or not,
In this heart of mine, he has a soft spot.
I wrote this in during my freshmen year
