Also known as the Time Chamber, this room is located deep within the Zaibatsu Main Quarters. The air gets denser, and the temperature fluctuates, the deeper one goes into the training area., and 500x the gravity of Earth. The purpose of this room is to allow a fighter a much longer time to train then they may have normally. However, you may only enter the room twice in your lifetime and never for for a period longer than 48 hours (2 years on the inside of the room). If these rules are broken the doors will lock and you will be stuck in the room for ever.

The Time Chamber has an entrance at its center, located in a central building with two side wings with housing, food supplies, bathing quarters and sleeping quarters. There is no night or day in the Room, but the surroundings remain a constant bright iridescent white aurora. Its reflective floor is of undefined area, and the Room's boundaries are thought to stretch to infinity in all directions even though it appears to have a definite atmosphere, limiting its size. This chamber was later explained by Eighth to Xenon during their training in a different realm with similar properties that the air grows increasingly dense in the recesses beyond the plaza, which can be threatening as the Time Chamber has no definite boundaries. The Time Chamber represents a separate dimension from that of Earth.
The time dilation that occurs in the Time Chamber is one day of real time is equivalent to one year in the Chamber, or 1 minute of real time is approximately six hours in the Chamber. There are dual giant hourglasses of emerald sand adorning the sides of the building that count down a year within the chamber. A clock on the dome roof of the main part of the building tells the applicable time in the real world.
This essentially allows for someone entering the Time Chamber to get one year worth of intense training in a single day. The temperature in the training area fluctuates rapidly, ranging between -40°F (-40°C) and 122°F (50°C), and the air pressure is a quarter of Earth's (in simpler terms, the air is said to grow denser the deeper one goes into the chamber).
Xenon made his way through the Zaibatsu to the lower grounds of the Zaibatsu, reaching the doors to the Chambers of Spirit and Time. He took hold of the handle and opened up as a sharp glow appeared from the door opening. Xenon stepped in and closed the door behind him, making his way through a set of stairs, traveling even farther down coming to realize he was underground the Zaibatsu. Eight built this underground? For him to be the only one who has ever entered this place, why make it underground? Never quite understanding why, but he remembered Eight saying back when Xenon first joined that this place was far too special that no matter who entered, they only had been allowed to enter twice their entire lifetime. This completely made no sense, why just twice? If this place is that special why not make it public to everyone?
After going through such a set of stairs, Xenon made it to one more door and just immediately opened that one. When he entered, there was nothing but a blank space. This is the forbidden chamber Eight was talking about? Xenon took a few steps in, entering the blank space and began to look around. Within near moments, Xenon felt such sudden and strong pressure on his entire body. The weight of the pressure and the amount of force that went along with it was far too intense that it pushed Xenon directly to his needs almost automatically. Xenon couldn't believe what was happening, all he realized that at one minute, he walked in and the next minute, he was on his knees. This is insane! Xenon tried to push off the immense gravity as he was suddenly pushed back down. This has to be at least over 100 times gravity of this very planet...but that's not going to stop me. Xenon with strong will began to resist the force slowly and slowly stand as he tried off with the basics and tried to get acclimated to the gravity first by moving his body around to the point where there is less stress on his body. 15 minutes have passed where he finally reached the point where he can freely move. Now its time to get to it. Xenon began with a flurry of strikes and movement for the next 15 minutes, reaching half an hour where the climate of the chamber began to change. Upon noticing, he saw and felt how the climate changed from normal to almost literally freezing. Rivaling the Ice Age freezing. From there moving to dead set into heat. I see... This is the very reason why Eight had built this chamber underground and kept it hidden and forbidden. With the vast climate changing and the pressure of gravity, it can instantly kill any normal human being just by standing here. This is must've been how he's gotten so ridiculously strong...well I guess I will do the same. Xenon came to a hault on his flurry of strikes and sat down and shut his eyes. Coming over to a relaxed state, Xenon took the rest of the half hour to meditate. Training from within to get his will and body and spirit acclimated so he overcome all possible struggles within this dangerous place.
Hours have spent by inside the chamber as Xenon has been training rigorously. He had to remove some of his clothing due to the increase in weight. He appeared deep inside the chamber. Deep enough to where you can barely see the building that represent the door back home. Xenon clapped his hands together as all the 5 elements began to sprout from the chamber, one by one, colliding and blending with one another surrounding Xenon's very being. Xenon from there, brought himself into his fighting stance as by converting energy into his entire body, he launched several strikes out in the open, causing a hole to form in each direction around the blend of elements that surrounded him. With one sweep, treating himself as a whirlwind, swung around with fierce effort to brush the elements away from him. He fell on his behind as he took a few minutes to catch a breather. It's not even a whole day and I'm almost completely worn out. How did He do it? Xenon relaxed himself as he got up summoned a solid clone of himself. Both stared at each other until they collided together with their fists and continued training. Flurries of strikes went on into combinations, passing the time away enough to where Xenon only had about 2 hours left. The clone was released which brought Xenon's energy signal down by a huge margin. This constant training in such an environment began taking its toll on Xenon's body. Time for the final part of this training. Xenon took deep breaths as he began to stretch out and relax his body and bones. Performing many yoga positions, to relax not only his body but his mind as well.
His remainder time has passed as his time as now come to a closed and the sound of a bell began to rang signaling that Xenon's training was over. Xenon walked back over, taking almost 2 miles to make it back to the door. He opened the door exiting the chamber. Looking back, he realized at the possibilities in someone who was willing to give over 100% of training into that placed. Now also realizing why Eight had made it forbidden in the first place. He took his leave as he traveled up the steps making it back to the main quarters. He stopped for a minute to breath in natural air. His entire power and being have become much more powerful, one could say that his power sky rocketed with that one day of training. However where Xenon had been, he spent 1 full year's worth of training. This is amazing. Though it has its drawbacks, I can't believe how much strong I've become. The thing that Xenon did not realize, was that whoever successfully trained a full year in the chamber will only recognize the surface change in their power once stepping out. When that very person reaches their full potential, their power could very well become unmeasured that will be recognized by others. Xenon noticed his body became more toned and a tad muscular. Loki may enjoy this new figure of mine. Anyways, I'll shower then get back to work. Xenon stated to himself as he headed on to his quarters to get cleaned up.
