I know I have not been posting on the guild much...

I've been... eh, busy with other things and my other account.

However I want to get this guild popular again... I guess we could use this thread for such discussions and suggestions.

I probably need to advertise it more; but recruitment threads have been done before... so I'm not to sure on that.

Thanks to everyone who has been posting, and of course the crew.

I've also been meaning to get the front page of the guild more... pretty, pictures and such. A design... I dunno. If you're good with photoshop maybe you'd be interested in making something for the guild? Or perhaps... a competition... hmmm... any suggestions?

Hosting a "Design the front page" contest might be fun! It also might get people more actively involved with the guild.

Also, do you have any banners or anything like that for people to use in their signatures?

Yeah I was wondering if a contest might be a better option.

And we only have the banner that's being used as the guild icon; which could be used for signatures... but other than that, nope.

I think a design contest would be a great idea! I would certainly try to participate. I use photoshop all the time.

idea This might not be cost effective or worth a bunch of time, but what if some of the members met in the Towns and talked everything Disney? We might get a few people's interest that are passing by or that are reading our conversation. (It's also possible that we would attract the obnoxious, too...)

I will try and think of more ideas.

Yes I was thinking the contest might be a good idea.

Towns? Hmmm... I rarely go on towns... I mean it might work. But we'd have to have a time of day that everyone is okay with; and is suitable for PST, EST, GMT etc.

Host a Disney-related event that has several activities that span over a few weeks. Have some of it hosted in the Community Events and Chatterbox forums.
Other than that, I'm flat out dead of ideas in this noggin.

To be honest yes we do need some sort of event... but I'm not sure how active I can be on Gaia atm. o_O
