★ BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Standing at 6'4, Joseph is exceptionally tall and skinny. He is pale and sickly looking. He has a shock of dark hair and dark grey eyes.
☆ PERSONALITY: Joseph is quiet and studious. He enjoys his own company and prefers not to get into conversations with others. Despite his lack of social skills, Joseph is a wonderful orator and highly persuasive. He uses his gift to sway people's opinions with his words and can be found giving speeches of the benevolence of OMEGA and the one true God, Arceus.
He also has a sadistic streak that he does well to hide from the public eye. He and his Pokemon are brutal and vicious but only when safely behind closed doors.
