Chia stuck her pen in her mouth and chewed on the tip of it. So boring. She was hoping the students would hurry up and arrive so that she could get them all sorted and then go on break. As if on cue, a girl opened her office door and flooded the space with light.

"Thank you angel," Chia said, jokingly until she looked down at the girl's information sheet. "Oh, wait. You really are an angel," she grinned. "Welcome to Midnight Academy Sai Valentine, where friends are found and new beginnings are made." She stopped talking and sighed when she realized how cheesy she was sounding. "Okies, let's get you set up here," she scanned through her computer, found what she was looking for, and printed out the girl's assignment sheet. "You are also assigned to the Amethyst Dorm," she told her, as she handed her the paper. "You already have one roommate, Kisa. Her brother is quite a card, I must admit, but I think you and his sister will get along just fine. Now run along," she stuck the pen back in her mouth and waved her off.

History:
Alice was locked away in a coffin in the Midevil days, and once she was released she killed the archaeologists who freed her. She had never killed anyone before and lives with the knowledge that she now had, and struggles to not repeat the same mistake. She's a trouble maker, or trouble seems to find her.
