 Happy Birthday TwiDawnLight~!And many more for that matter! A dazzling array of floating ruby-red lanterns illuminates the South District of Rukongai, where everyone waits in their most elegant kimonos for the guests of honor~! The Vizards have even been invited back in honor of their leader's birthday. With crackling fireworks, fiery lanterns, and delicious treats, what else awaits in store for these two lovely birthday girls?! Well, we'll just have to wait and see! Get those presents wrapped, start cooking up the feast, and get ready to break out the laser gu- I mean... laser pointers, {{<<;}} and blow the night away like there's no tomorrow! Enjoy the festivities! And again, happy birthday Twi~! =D {{The following events are not at all related to the main storyline of the guild.}}

For just a single moment, the entire garden-boardwalk beside a lake in the Rukongai seemed to be dark, desolate, silent, barely alive with stirring colors. In the darkness, there was a single spark, going out moments later. And then it flashed again, going out just like last time. But the third time it sparked up, it stayed alit, illuminating a single gray eye, peering at the Lucky Duck matchbox she held in her palm. And, without another warning, she tipped it onto a single lantern string, as it quickly caught flame, burning up along its foundation until one single, crimson red lantern brightened to life, followed by another, and another, until it seemed as though over a thousand lanterns were lighting up the festive night. And to top it all off, a few delicate, largely-petaled chrysanthemums joined i the light show, sparking its whitened middles like tiny little fireflies, congruent to the tiny ones floating around softly in the air around them...
Hisana blew out the match, as she scattered about the gardens, setting up the long line of buffet tables with the twins' favorite foods, drinks and desserts, as well as a few other people's, placed upon a beautiful satiny golden cloth. All around the edge of the lake, secret compartments held laser guns underneath the iridescent ruby red flowers...
And then Hisana finally stepped out of the shadows, tightly fitted into the one piece of clothing she hated more than anything. Swirling red-gold stitches lined a silky black kimono, bound by an obsidian obi, tucked in place by a seemingly-large ebony bow on her right side. Her topaz-colored hair remained down as usual, with the exception of her bangs frayed neatly just to her jaw line. A pair of black socks and gold sandals constricted around her ankles and feet, completing the overall feeling of the attire she beared.
The most noticeable thing about herself was the grimace on her face. Of all the things they could wear, Raine just had to command they all dress so formally. Geez, it wasn't prom or anything. But with a heavy breath from her lungs and out her throat, plus the parting of her ivory lips, she shouted, "Decoration crew, front and center!"

Rei Seshiro, Kurohime Shingotsu, and Hinata Senjimira Party Attendees    Happy Birthday my Nieces!
Take these gifts and be happy!
Happy Birthday Boss lady Yuka! Rei and Shingotsu appeared a few feet behind Hisana, holding gifts for Ruka and Yuka. Hinata appeared on her other side, holding a gift and a roll of red decoration paper to string between lanterns. " Here! Here! Ni Hao Boss Lady!" All three seemed chipper and ready to go. Shingotsu held a staple gun and some guilded red paper letters spelling out Ruka and Yuka's names. Rei held some boxes, in which were fold out tables. There was another box that he held which had entertainment for later in the night. " So how long until the ladies of the evening arrive?" Shingotsu only smiled and tilted her head a little, " So where do I hang these up? And where you want these?" The two seemd like slighly toasted parrots, nearly mimicking eachother. Well... at least they wanted to help... Now no fighting you big dummies!
Hinata! Play nice!
No, seriously... no trying to kill eachother...

  【There was a warm glow of dimmed colorful hues illuminating the very pathways snaking throughout the Rukongai. The night sky twinkled with stars, like diamonds scattered across a black silk veil. There was a bustle as a crowd slowly began to congregate within the area, clamoring happily at such a festive event as a young Lieutenant of Squad 9 activated several fireworks that crackled in a vibrant display up in the sky. Just as Hisana called the others over, Raine approached her, crossing his arms as he noticed a familiar red-head approaching them as well.
Raine was wearing a decorative male's kimono. It seemed to flow somewhat with an intricate lining along the bottom that made it seem somewhat modern. The silk itself was an iridescent green, shimmering beneath the varying shades of light, and embroidered with elaborate black designs that covered the expanse of his kimono. In his hair, he had clipped his hairpins, which he wore rarely and only for special occasions, though even they failed to hold together his messy black hair. Holding a dango in his hand and chewing on it happily, he nodded to Hisana. "Alright, so I managed to bring together her friends from the orphanage, I invited all members of the Sereitei and all of her other childhood buddies I knew. He concluded as he thought over a mental list of those he had invited... "So... What's up? I was also handling the fireworks a few seconds ago."】

It seemed like only a split second after Hisana turned around to find four of the loyal volunteers at her service, smiling just barely as she nodded to each of them with a 'good work!' look. She cleared her throat. "Thank you all for helping out. Shin, hang up the letters on that bright red archway over there. Hinata... Uhm... Hehe, just help her hang them up." She sensed another pair of footsteps, turning her attention over to the fourth individual that approached in his festive, emerald green man-kimono, nonchalantly noming on a portion of dango.
A slight, playful grimace across her face. "Never make me wear a kimono again. And... Dude... Are you sure you didn't forget anybody~?" A slight snicker came out her mouth, covered by her long sleeve that hung down to the edge of her kimono at the thighs. WIth a flick of the free sleeve, a delicate black rose emerged, as she placed it gently behind her left ear. And, underneath the kimono collar, a beautiful crimson red and obsidian necklace stuck out just slightly, the biggest jewel on the chain swirling like an eerie black mist. "Ah well~. I bet they were too scared to come anyways. They can't handle the overwhelming amount of explosives and fireworks~. But, hey, like I care."
A small firecracker fell from underneath her obi, as she lifted the heel of her foot, kicking it up into her hands, as she pulled a string, letting a small burst of confetti pop out.

Happy Birthday Boss lady Yuka! Shingotsu nodded and bowed, her deep blue, almost purple Kimono rustling and folding as she made the movement of respect. It was obvious she was already a little toasted, but not enough to impede her movements. As she walked off to start hanging up the letters, her hair swung back and forth while it was tied back in place with a length of ribbon. There were flowers in the ribbon placed periodicaly where the ribbon crossed itself. The kimono she wore was covered in images of flowers: mostly lilies, but a few morning glories were mixed in. She went to the area were Hisana had told her to hang up the letters and started doing just that. To her surprise, Hinata came up behind her, lefted her up on her shoulders and just stood there. " Well wind girl? Hang up letters! You're really light, how you do it?" Shingotsu only smiled and hung up the letters one by one, " Ummm... well... I am made of wind... so that might be it. Anyway... two steps to the left please!" The two seemed to work well together, despite the fact that they had met only once or twice. Rei looked incredulously at Hisana as she failed to give him anything to do. He was wearing a silver yukata with jade stitching and embroidery, for once he wore his haori, but it was stitched into the back of the yukata lightly. " So what do you wa-" He was promptly cut off as Jasmine grabbed him, however, and proceeded to tell him that he owed her big time. " Yes... I know I do... please don't kill me here... you wouldn't want this many witnesses, would you?" A small bead of sweat ran down his forehead as Jasmine let him go. He noted the young man next to Jasmine, and suspected it was Hiraghana. after a moment of apologetic bowing, Rei turned back to Hisana. " So... what do you want me to do? Oh! I've got the supplies for the entertainment later... where do you want them?" Hisana would be able to see the word 'Laser' on the side of the box, but not the rest of the sentence. Now no fighting you big dummies!
