This is is the only building (Outside of a Barracks) that is of any major distinction for the 11th division. As the only major building, most of Hayate's business is conducted in here. Inside of a false wall, he has a desk folded away if the need ever arises for paperwork. (He hates doing it though.) Various training dummies are scattered around the interior of the dojo, looking absolutely devastated and beaten down from all of the practice that the 11th Squad uses them for. They tend to go through about six or seven practice dummies a week. Although it may not look like it, the walls are extremely thick, meaning that they can withstand up to the strongest bankai attacks without so much as a scratch. Even though it is really only meant for the 11th squad, Hayate welcomes visitors with open arms and encourages them to spar with one another.
