Should Division Forums be used for roleplay or should people strictly roleplay in Soul Society. Both have their pros and cons, however it's your choice.
Division Forum Roleplay
Pros:
-Captains are pretty much god of their own subforum. They can customize their own area, they can regulate who enters and who exits their division threads.
Cons:
-It's harder to keep up with what everyone is doing when it comes to Division Forums. Moderators must click all thirteen forums to find out what's going on in each of them.
-People barely used them to their full potential. Most of the time there are only 3-4 threads at most in each forum
Division Forums as News Forums and use Soul Society as Roleplay area.
Pros:
-It's easier to see what everyone is doing in Soul Society.
-It's easier to see who's active and who's inactive
Cons:
-The Soul Society thread can become cluttered.
-It often becomes confusing for people who are not yet used to the new format.

I think that the subforum should be kept as they are now with a few modification.
Seireitei should maybe be changed to something along the lines of "Streets of Seireitei". That way, Sokyoku Hill and other important location could have a thread of its own. It somewhat reduces the traffic already, but if we really want to go into the extremes, maybe make threads that represent division grounds in general (e.g.: Division 1 area, but the captain's office/barracks/whatevs can be put in another thread) though I think that it will only spawn a gazillion topics for almost nothing.
On the other hand, having 1 subforum/Division is a bit overkill in my opinion. I think that the captain can just make 1 sticky/announcement thread, lock it so that only they or other crew members can post updates/news. Maybe another thread for missions?

If we are sure to Label every topic as such then it could be manageable, but I just as think that for the news forums we could have ONE news forum called the Hell Butterflies Gathering Place and give each division a topic. For Soul Society I think it could be done like this but to be honest, I really do think that this is the only way it would work as when I first looked around I checked the division's threads for posts and had no idea what was going on.
Example:
Yamamoto's Office [Division 1]
Hospital [Division 4]
Seireitei Gate [Soul Society]
Noble House of ____________ [Soul Society]
Note: I think Zero should have its own sub-forum because it is not accessible to all members. Also, I think Soul Society should have a MASTER Squad list placed in the forum. To show who is in which division,. it would help take away from the clutter.
My Vote was for Subforums, but that only holds true if it stays disorganized. If you need any help then id be glad to try even though I have school. smile

Reasons why not to have all the division threads in the soul-society threads is simple. Over crowding. Imagine if you will a single sub-forum that's stacked with all the little things that each division head might feel like concocting to put into the the list, after awhile it'll start to look pretty messy, and for news...well isn't that why they make the announcement thread option? Really what massive amount of news could each captain have that would need a whole sub-forum devoted to it and would require packing all the divisions along with soul society areas outside of the Seiretei too. It's just too much. In the long run I think the numbers will show that it's just better break it up neatly.
