Personal Information

Name: Sekka Uranaske
Age: 220
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Female
Species: Shinigami
Ethnicity: Korean
Division: Division 8
Seat: Not sure yet
Zanpakuto: Kashiwaji Kyojin
Reiatsu Color: (Color of your character's reiatsu)
Reiatsu Appearance: (Description of your character's reiatsu)
Personality: Senaka is a force of personality. She's confident, brash, and insulting to pretty much everyone she meets, although she's quite capable of making and maintaining relationships with those who can see beyond her harsh surface. This razor-edge personality comes to the forefront against known enemies of Soul Society. Senaka is a Captain who will quickly choose to kill anything labeled as an enemy without forethought or a care for insight. Espada and Hollow, whether peaceful or not, are immediately marked for death unless another Captain calls her off. Even then, she rarely listens unless she has to. Another point of contention is her art. Senaka takes great pride in her ability with calligraphy. Those who insult her abilities risk unleashing her wrath - she holds grudges for as long as a Shinigami can, which is a very long time. As a Captain, Senaka is relatively detached from the Shinigami under her command. She generally leaves all direct interaction to her Lieutenant, opting to do only the required work her position demands. While this has labeled her as one of the less charismatic leaders, her Division is just as prepared for deployment as any other.

~Background~

Height: (Your character's height. If you're a human, you won't be 50 feet tall. Once again, be realistic)
Weight: 130lbs
Hair: Short Dark
Eyes: (Eye color, shape, style if not shown in pic)
Clothing: Captain Uraawase is a very stunning, short Shinigami with black hair cut just a bit longer than that of a boy's normal style. This haircut is to keep her midnight locks from getting in the way of her piercing, sea-green eyes - eyes that are able to send shivers down the spines of those who get in her way. While her face is somewhat more rounded than many others, it suits her quite well, although it can make her look slightly younger than she actually is. Because her hair doesn't really cover much of her ears, one can see all the piercings she has acquired over the years. There are eight charms in her left ear and five in her right. While she is certainly a stunning Shinigami, especially because of her eyes, Uraawase Senaka is one of those imposing few who openly knows it, and it causes her to be confident to an apparent fault. Her piercing eyes are made even more vibrant and intense by a thick layer of black eyeliner that surrounds them. While she doesn't wear any other kind of product, few can say that they've seen more perfect alabaster skin. There is not a freckle or blemish anywhere on her body. It's almost as if she were made with image in mind. While she isn't as voluptuous as some other female Shinigami - her bust is modest and her curves aren't all that intense - she makes do with what she has better than most.

While Senaka is one of the Shinigami who could certainly get away with modifying her uniform, she has generally refused to make major changes because she actually enjoys the comfortable look of the white Captain-class haori. The one modification she has made to the symbol of the Captain-class is a shorter back; one that stops at the middle of her thighs and allows her to walk without stepping on the extra cloth. Underneath the haori is the traditional black uniform of the Shinigami. Senaka's is slightly tighter than most, giving it a shapely quality, although she isn't that voluptuous. Nevertheless, the uniform looks good on her. Where her belt-line is, Senaka has installed a brown/yellow carrying case for her calligraphy set, which is her personal specialty for the Gotei 13. The set has dozens of brushes, pens, and inks that allow her to utilize her unique abilities. Senaka's Zanpakuto, Kashiwagi Kyojin, takes the form of a katana held from her shoulder (under her haori) by a brown strap, much like one might hold a bag. The grip of the sword has clashing colors of sea-green and yellow. The tsuba, which takes the form of an oval, seems to glow a little, even when unreleased.

~Zanpakuto Information ~

Zanpakuto Name: Kashiwagi Kyojin
Zanpakuto Type:
Zanpakuto Sealed Appearance: Senaka's unreleased Zanapkuto takes the form of a slightly short katana held from her shoulder by a brown leather strap. It dangles just a few inches below her arm, but it doesn't seem to interfere with her movements. While the sheathe is the traditional black, the grip is an obnoxious mix of sea-green and yellow - two colors that clash and make the sword look awkward. The oval tsuba seems somewhat plain in design, but it appears to glow, despite the blade being complete unreleased. The weapon itself is barely used unless necessary, due to Senaka's skill with Hakuda. Most enemies only see the steel of the blade for a moment before the sword is released into Shikai-state.

Spirit Appearance: Kashiwagi Kyojin takes the form of a giant oak tree in the middle of the forest. The bark of the tree is tinted gold, as if the entire form of the spirit had been dipped in melted jewelery. Meanwhile, its silver leaves twist and spark in the autumn winds. On the center of the trunk is the only semblance of a face the spirit has; a black, inked symbol of an eye that seems to glow whenever Kashiwagi Kyojin speaks. Amidst the silver and gold branches dangle dozens of lanterns, each holding a floating yellow light that seems to seep outwards. The electricity around the spirit is overwhelming. Anyone who comes within twenty feet of a branch is shocked by static discharge. The spirit itself is very defensive of Senaka. Its priority is to keep the young Shinigami safe from harm, and potential enemies are quickly shocked into submission. While alone in the inner world, the spirit tends to the large forest like a keeper. While it cannot move from its small glade, its influence and static charges can be felt in every nook and cranny. During Shikai release, Kashiwagi Kyojin's eye lights up. The floating wisps within its lanterns become charged with massive amounts of electricity. Once Bankai is released, the forest becomes completely drenched in two battling colors of fearsome lightning; yellow and sea-green.
Spirit Personality:
Spirit Relationship: (Describe the relationship between you and your spirit)
Spirit Inner World: (Describe your inner world)

Shikai Appearance:
Shikai Release Command: "Illuminate. Kashiwagi Kyojin!"
Shikai Release Appearance: To activate Shikai, Senaka clears the area with a tremendous burst of Captain-class Reiatsu. Once all enemies and debris are clear, she holds her sword by her right hand and exclaims, "Illuminate. Kashiwagi Kyojin!" With a quick but violent flick of her right arm, the sword bends with the energy of her Reiatsu, turning into a long, thin stick at least six feet in length that Senaka holds effortlessly by the center. On the end of the reed-like stick hangs a metal lantern that seems to crackle with electricity. The light within the lantern creates a shocking burst of static electricity that shoots out and covers Senaka's left arm. The electricity quickly coalesces into a large wooden arm covering that encases her forearm. The arm-shield has a curved blade the follows the entire outside border, which extends up past her forearm by almost half a foot. Both of these weapons seem to generate massive amounts of electricity. Everything around Senaka becomes charged with static to the point where everything that could stand on end, does, aside from her own hair, and everything caught under nearby sources of water find themselves sorely unfortunate. In this form, Senaka's Kido symbols are drawn by the electric trail of the lantern.
Shikai Ability:
Shikai Attacks:

Bankon no Torankusu (Entwined Roots and the Broken Trunk): The lantern of Kashiwagi Kyojin produces a massive amount of electricity within its floating light. This energy creates a static field around Senaka that extends for more than a hundred feet in every direction. Every electrically conductive item in the area is exposed to the massive amount of ambient static electricity, causing it to become positively charged. Should any two statically charged items make contact, an enormous transfer of energy occurs, creating a dangerous shock between the two that can cause serious burns and injury. Individuals, unless an ability says otherwise, are all able to conduct this energy. This means that, should an enemy lose their grip on their sword, they must suffer through a horrible, possibly debilitating shock to pick it up again. In addition, blades that come in contact with Senaka's arm-shield via a parry or block are exposed to more of this electricity. Senaka is immune to the electrical currents around her. Any electrical current put into her body is immediately transferred to her arm-guard, where it is stored for use with the Raikou-Ochiba, Arashi, which utilizes it to attack at a distance.

Raikou-Ochiba, Arashi (Dead Leaves, Lighting Storm of Silver): Should an enemy stay away from the static field of the Bankon no Torankusu, Senaka can use this technique to attack from a distance. She also uses this move if she wishes to end the fight at point-blank range. By using the energy stored within her bladed arm-guard, Senaka can create a beam-like projectile of lighting that barrels towards whatever her left arm points at. This beam of electricity varies in power from a burning shock to a deadly torrent of electricity that can decimate buildings. The intensity of the beam is concurrent to the amount of electricity stored within the arm-guard of Kashiwagi Kyojin. The more strikes that Senaka blocks, the stronger the beam becomes. This intensity expends itself after every launching of the attack. For it to become more powerful, Senaka must block more attacks to refill the energy within the bladed arm-guard. Senaka is incapable of absorbing the ambient static electricity in the air to increase the strength of this technique. The initial power of the Raikou-Ochiba, Arashi is set in stone - it's determined by the internal well of Reiryoku locked away inside Senaka. While this well has become more powerful over time, there is no way to increase its baseline during a single battle.

Go-Ruden Mi (Seed of Gold): Should things get particularly dangerous, the lantern of Senaka's Shikai can emit a burst of magnetic energy that trails outwards like a shockwave. This energy pushes away any metallic objects with an incredibly powerful force. Only particularly strong opponents can resist this wave and trudge into melee distance by brute force. If the opponent has no metallic objects on them, they are unaffected by this technique. Most of the time, Senaka uses this ability to defend herself from incoming projectile weapons. While she can also use it to clear debris from the area, she only does so if she finds it necessary. Should it become absolutely required to defend against a particularly powerful enemy, Senaka can focus an immense amount of energy from her arm-guard into the lantern, increasing the magnetic wave to a much higher degree. Should this happen, even unarmed enemies are blown away because of the low amount of magnetic material in their bodies. Senaka is completely unaffected by this technique, although she can feel the pressure of the atoms change from the increased version of it.

Bankai Appearance:
Bankai Release Appearance: To activate her Bankai, which is widely considered the strongest electric-type Zanpakuto in Soul Society, Senaka uses the strongest version of the Go-Ruden Mi to clear the area with extreme force. Once it's clear, she shakes the reed of her Zanpakuto and causes sparks to shower down from the lantern. After a moment, the lantern splits open and releases two separate charges of static electricity; distinct in that one is sea-green and the other is yellow. The two charges separate and wander to either side of Senaka, where they begin to take a humanoid shape. The crackling electricity then coalesces into wooden skin and armor until two neck-less, wooden giants with humps for heads stand three times the size of Senaka. Each one has a single eye in the center of the hump. The iris of this eye is colored either yellow or blue-green, depending on which charge created the giant. Each titan then raises its hands towards Senaka, unleashing a barrage of colored energy towards her. The energy engulfs her. When it clears, Senaka stands with two bladed arm-guards instead of one. A strip of white cloth is wrapped around her eyes, apparently blinding her. In the center of the cloth, like a cyclops, one black eye is drawn like artistic calligraphy. This eye design distinctly matches those of the giants produced by her Bankai. Once the transformation is complete, Senaka exclaims, "Bankai. Oni Kashiwai Kyojin."
Bankai Ability:

Katsu Manako (Different Eyes, Separate Sights): In Bankai form, Senaka is blind. The headband-like strip of cloth over her eyes is stuck there by invisible strands of Reitsu. It's literally impossible to remove from her skin. By mental command, Senaka can color the eye in the front to match either one of the two giants created by her Bankai. Once a color is chosen, Senaka sees through the "eye" of the giant, although she doesn't directly control where it looks. Each giant is expressly concerned with the protection of Senaka, so she is always in their sight unless something forces them to look away. This awkward, third-person way of seeing her surroundings would easily disorient anyone else, but Senaka's incredible spatial perception allows her to function normally. The two giants act independently with minimal mental input from Senaka. They are extremely charged with electricity, and each slam or punch comes with a clap of thunder and a transfer of electricity that can cause fatal burning and sensory damage. The giants are very resistant to physical damage and are strong enough to punch holes in steel. They are also blindingly fast. They do not, however, have ranged attacks, so Senaka must rely on her arm-guards to deal with enemies who can outpace the giants. She retains all of the abilities of her Shikai.

~Spiritual Arts~

Zanjutsu: (Swordsmanship Techniques)
Hitotsume: Nadegiri "The First: Killing Stroke") - This basic technique allows for a precision cut of extreme force and speed, it can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. The opponent can be killed with one swift slash so precise, that they aren't even aware of until after it has taken place.

Agitowari ("chin/jaw splitting") - a sword technique where a single sword attack cuts an opponent in half from the jaw down the length of the body until the target is bi-sectioned.

Suikawari ("Watermelon Splitting") - a technique where Hiyori comes down with her sword upon the head of a hollow with enough sport to cleanly cut down through the head and mask with ease.

Senmaioroshi ("Thousand-Page Wholesale"): a technique where multiple blade movements take place so fast that they can literally shred a target into pieces.

Kendō ("Way of The Sword") is a modern Japanese martial art of sword-fighting based on traditional samurai swordsmanship.

Ryōdan ("Bisection") a two-handed sword technique that has the practitioner bring the sword down with enough force that it can cut an opponent in half right down the middle.
Hakuda: (Hand to Hand Combat Techniques)

Hoho: (Step Method Techniques)
Shunpo (Flash steps) a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time. The Arrancar variation of Shunpo is Sonído and the Quincy variation of is Hirenkyaku.

Senka (Flash Blossom): a special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponents back. Directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu (鎖結, Chain Binding)" and "Hakusui (鎖結, Soul Sleep)" in one strike. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.
